- Two aircraft operated by Russian carriers were reactivated this week, marking their first movements since the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine. The first aircraft, a Boeing 747-8F still carrying a Bermudan registration, appears to have been repossessed, while the second, a Boeing 737-800, has since changed its registration to continue operations for UTair Airlines.

It's mostly EU and the US that sanctioned Russia. I think for example Indonesia still does business with Russia so there are other countries then China where this parts can come from.
I thought if u want to purchase parts, Boeing will ask u which specific aircraft will use them. So unlikely.
