🍕Ingredients
2pcs/300g Potato
2pcs/50g+- Egg
Black pepper
1tbsp/15ml Oil
1bsp/15g Tomato sauce
Italian salami
Mozzarella cheese

Cooking suggestions.
1. shredded potatoes can be thick or thin, do not rinse with water after cutting, directly put it in the pan frying
2. if you like cheese, you can add some more, you can also replace the salami with bacon or ham
3. I use tomato sauce is pizza tomato sauce, if you use the general kind need to increase a little bit of salt

烘焙建议：
1. 土豆丝粗细都可以，切完不要用水冲洗，直接下锅煎
2. 如果喜欢芝士的话可以多加一些，还可以把腊肠换成培根或者火腿

@@dannwan8537My guess is the egg holds the potatoes together, so you’d need a different “glue.” Mod Pizza’s cauliflower crust uses shredded cheese mixed in with the cauliflower to hold it together-maybe try that?

This is literally just hashbrowns with pizza sauce and shredded cheese on top. My father makes hashbrowns for breakfast every Sunday morning with his eggs. There's nothing unique about this.

I literally said 'with pizza sauce and shredded cheese'. Also, the title is a half-truth in that no, you don't need an oven, but you still need to cook, so you're not saving on any dishes or cook time, you're just swapping out which dishes you're going to dirty, and for how long. You still need to get the pan up to heat, you still need to pay attention to your 'crust' while cooking... Butj back to my original gripe, a lot of people put ketchup and shredded cheese on their hashbrowns, so just replace ketchup with pizza sauce, and cheddar with mozzarella, and you have this.

ok I just made it made it for breakfast and as I didn't have salami I put beef. turned out pretty well I'd say. took me a lot more than just 10 minutes though. Also, I added some salt in my egg too. tastes pretty nice. I'll definitely make it again :)
