Frankie and Hugh are genuinely national treasures
Any time Hugh, Frankie, and Adam Hills were on the same team on this show, it was the ultimate Dream Team of comedy, and it's lovely to see a sampling of that on this compilation. I also think Russell Howard, David Mitchell, and Ed Byrne acquitted themselves very well on the show. I love a number of the newer people on MTW (e.g. Sara Pascoe, Ed Gamble, and Romesh Ranganathan), but this truly was the golden era for the show.
That joker one is DARK
Dumb question ... but did he refer to Heath Ledger?
Wessel Wilms yeah - this was in 2008 just as the Dark Knight was released
Took my Dad who's in his 80's to his Dr who said because of my Dads age there is an 80 percent chance he has prostate cancer then adds most people don't die from the actual cancer. I almost cracked up the way he said.
It can't just be me... Hugh Dennis sounds EXACTLY like a young John Cleese. Just his voice, not his behaviors; but dammit, he has the exact voice of John Cleese circa 1969.
I would vote for the man leopard.
i think we all would
As parliament says reeeERrrRrR
It could only be an improvement.
01:29- to be fair that actually happens with some particularly interesting x-rays.
Your here for 6:29

Can someone explain the canoeing
The one where he says "I'm back from my canoe trip"? I think it refers to John Darwin who tried to fake his own death in the UK by 'disappearing' during a canoe trip. He was eventually found living in his attic (or something equally bizarre).
Back when this was fun to watch
We may have to use the ferret...
Qantas is one of the very few Airlines that has never had a fatality
....that is not true....166 actually.
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Qantas_fatal_accidents
Qantas has never lost an aeroplane. Not quite the same.
Can someone please let Lucy Porter have one go - it's annoying to see cut after cut of her being halfway to the mike before being thwarted yet again.
Why has no one ever approved "Operation Mindfuck!"?
I want to see Frankie Boyle dressed as a man-leopard now
Who's the girl with the regional accent?
Lauren Laverne???? She frum Soondelan'

i don't miss frankie
He made it worth watching
He didn't age well, but that twinkle he gets in his eye is adorable, right before he says something horrible
Apart from his vegetarian option joke, Frankie Boyle isn't actually funny.
David Edwards there was a few others but I agree he tries to hard
Opinion
Ireland yeh obviously
He was, but it aged badly. He's a shock jock, and it wears out fast. His quips and joke jokes are rare, but much funnier.
God I miss days where having a sense of humour was perfectly fine 😅
