Superb Information about MBBR designing
Hi maam! I love your channel!
It's very informative!
Hi madam. Your videos give lot of worthy information. thank you for sharing your knowledge.
My request is, like MBBR calculations please make videos on SBR technique.
We hope we will hear the video soon.
thank you madam.
Super
Nice one ..
Nice Madam....................
Thank you so much
also make vedio on anoxic tank design ... if u already done please send me link ,,, Thanks
Superb
very informative
can u suggest method of calculating pieces for particular area
Excellent work.can we get more help from you on SBR Technology??
Nice.. send link of design calculations for Stp or wtp .
Thanks for the information, Dear I would like to Know that how to calculate the aeration requirement of Sludge tank and Equalization Tank. How I can calculate the total air requirement and size of air blower.
Hello madam,
Can u tell how u consider 1.2 kg oxygen for /kg of bod
Madam please check the air requirement calculation, standard oxygen transfer efficiency (SOTE) of diffuser is not considered while calculating air requirement.
There are lots of things still remaining like AOR calculation, Std oxygen transfer efficiency, std. Actual oxygen transfer efficiency etc. , please suggest me how to make short/interesting video with all information. In my opinion, if I will include all technical details, probably my audience will sleep before finishing the video.
HOw to design eqt Tank ?? should it require Air in eqt??/
Equalization tank is used for two purposes:
1. Just to hold the raw wastewater/sewage for specified time to provide uniform flow to down stream units.
2. Aeration is provided for mixing and avoiding anaerobic conditions at the bottom of tank. Mixing by aeration is also used to avoid anoxic condition, these types of equalization tanks are also called as guard pond.
But both type (with aeration and without aeration) of tank are used in industries as per client requirements.
Please give me calculation of how much air flow need or air compressor capacity. Our plant capacity is 1.5m3/H
please provide BOD load of your plant.
Also the air temperature factor is also not considered in the calculation.
What is the total air requirement
Thank you for an informative video. Should you not be accounting for some ineficiences in oxygen transfer? SOTE or Standard Oxigen Transfer Efficiency must be taken into account. In your examples we are assuming that ALL O2 pushed through the aereators is 100% dissolved into the water, this unfortunately is not so efficiencies of only 4.8-9.5% are common in this aspect.. www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-d&q=aereation+efficiencies+in+waste+water. While I 100% percent agree that your oxygen requirements are correct, the final calculation for a waste water treatment plant will end up being 11x greater than calculated to account for the inefficiencies of transfer. Please correct me If Im wrong as I am always eager to learn.
Regards
Thank you for sharing information. Please clarify above doubt.
Oxygen transfer greatly depend on bubble size also. Smaller bubbles gives greater efficiency of transfer, as they mix better- and especcially- rise slower to the surface of the tank. Surface of air bubble / volume ratio ,is greater when smaller in diameter. So this is why all microorganisms are micro in size ,as they breathe trough all body surface :)
Mam please MBBR ki video Hindi me bhi banao
Mere videos dekhne ke liye dhanyawad, aapki avashyakta ke anusar jald hi MBBR ka hindi video banaungi.....
Thank you Mam. God bless you
Mam please share your whatsapp no.
Mam i have some confusion, please let me explain how you take 300ppm, which become 150kg BOD LOAD...
IT'S MY HUMBLE REQUEST PLEASE CLEAR IT, FROM WHERE THIS 300PPM VALUES CAME ON AIR REQUIRED CALCULATION...
This video is continuation of another video named "MBBR design calculation". Please watch this video for the calculated value as 150 kg BOD load.
BOD load = BOD (ppm or mg/l or gm/m3) X inlet flow rate of wastewater (cum/day or hr)
Please explain in telugu language madam
21% oxygen hote the atmosphere ha 23% nai
O maddam please calculate again total oxygen required formula is wrong your loading calculation is only 652 m3/day
Thanks for watching my videos, I appreciate your efforts, my focus was not on the calculated values, but my main aim to make this video is to provide the method of calculation.
Hii brother sahbaz naiyar.. I need ur help.. 7004698335 its my persnl numbr please contact to me, so that i can take help..
Yes agree...650m3/day and about 32 me/hr for MBBR is very less practically....
