      The fact your writing silly comments on RUclips and he's posting videos is enough...
      Also he's probably a process scientist so a clever bloke who's interested in the knowledge of keeping your rivers clean and thus everything else happy

    I would like to thank Blacoh and Russ Wright for doing an excellent job of presenting the material in a manner which is easy to understand. Due to timing of course availability at Delaware County Community College I was forced to attend the second half of the course for Wastewater Certified Operator Training, which happened to be activated sludge, without having taken the first half of the course. Since I was unemployed and had limited time left for benefits, time was precious. Finding your videos enabled me to learn what I had missed, while simultaneously being introduced to the new material being taught in classroom.. Within four months I was taking the state board exams and passed four exams at one test session. I wouldn't have done it without the additional knowledge gained from your instructional videos!

    Very informative video and easy to understand. One correction I believe needs to be made about the DO concentration and filamentous organisms; they tend to favor LOW DO concentrations, not HIGH DO concentrations.

    • @mmazurkiewicz639
      @mmazurkiewicz639 8 лет назад +1

      Correct. Filamentous favor low DO, not high DO.

    • @victorianelson1401
      @victorianelson1401 7 лет назад

      An excessive population
      of filamentous organisms
      may be related to the
      following:
      1. Low DO in the aeration
      tank.
      2. Insufficient nutrients
      (e.g. Nitrogen,
      Phosphorus, Iron).

    • @victorianelson1401
