As of recently, Larry Emdur has started hosting the Australian version of "The Chase", a show that has been popular in the UK for a while and has only returned to American TV in recent years.

Let me put it this way. Australians (like me) know how to have fun on game shows - although we can take it a bit seriously at times. Americans know how to have fun on game shows - make that they know AND show how to have fun on game shows :)
Ron vonk well your right the yodelley guy was called cliff on tpir in Australia and In the older episodes he had a little dog called spot I miss the older episodes of tpir Australia I don't mind watching the us version from time to time
Confirmed today, the Australian Price is Right is returning in May to Channel 7 with Larry as host. First episode will be dedicated to the late, great Ian Turpie.
Larry Emdur and possibly John Deeks. I think Drew should invite both Larry and Deeksy back to the Bob Barker studio for a tribute show to the late Ian Turpie.
Drew, who I believe is good but not exactly great, calls it the "yodelling guy." Larry did a great job and I've seen the Aussie version a couple of times. The Australian showcase format is much more exciting than the U.S. one.
No drew couldn't for that fact that tpir in Australia came back last year but unfortunately it got cancelled due to probably low ratings and the prizes weren't very expensive and drew would of got confused the way we do our showcase

oh man a lot you Americans love Larry Emdur and Most you guys as I Read want him to host the tpir in the U.S.A well whammy says that tpir in the U.S Needs larry and Joshua Cook said he liked drew but Larry Should totally Host tpir in America sorry guys not going to happen we need him here in Australia but Maybe he Could host on his summer break if they ask him to comeback thats about 6 to 8 weeks he did have fun and us Aussies love it and love larry to who have I got to Watch at 5pm everyday
they can't help it if cheap stuff from Big w at least it's back on tv and I wanted to see this clip of larry I know it's Quick and fast so when it''s finished we can watch deal or no deal with Andrew O'keefe then we wait untill 5pm to watch tpir i get exited can't wait untill monday see what he's up too

I'm a huge Drew Carey fan, but Larry totally showed him up as a host in this clip!!! I wouldn't be surprised if they offer him the job next.
