Lol, thats a very fun to watch battle, my fav moment is 29:45 when one of orc warlords with his WAAAGH reroutes almost all fleeing orcs and then next turn, another orc warlord who was fleeing half across battlefield suddenly feels enheartened by this turn of events and gleefully runs back to rejoin the fray:D
@@CarveaHole I fought them separately. Kept losing the flail guy as well in this battle - this made me realize how powerful Underdog is in these situations.
Honestly, I feel like some non human enemies aren't really balanced that well. I mean, fighting orcs and ghosts often comes down to pure luck. Orcs can just stunlock you for three rounds straight or can not even deal any health damage throughout the entire fight. Ghosts can rout your best fighters, or they may just stand in place, doing nothing throughout the entire fight. And let's not even talk about alps and hexen. I'm not saying that enemies should be incapable of killing you, I just wish there was less rng around it. Like for example, unholds throwing your guys can be annoying, but at least you know for sure that they are going to do it and will play accordingly.
orcs are fine, my problem is more with the enemies just ignoring mechanics that make whole builds suck, and all the monsters are just tedious gimmick fights.
i wouldn't mind that in a meta sense, monsters should behave like monsters, their movements should be predictable to the seasoned hunters with respect to the RNG
@@mickeyrace873 Well, orcs are probably the non humans I have the least problems with (also undead excluding priests and vamps). But when it comes down to enemies like alps, hexen, sneks (the non wurm kind) I feel like they just don't work too well with the game's mechanics. (Also the game was not intended to have any non human enemies at the start, so this might be the reason)
Why were your round swings and shatters not targeting your own people? Even if they dodged, they should have had the red highlight in the target area, and should have done the dodge animation.
Great fight! And about steel brow . I can see you like it, and there are use cases for it. However in early game imho it doesn't do enough ( you care about losing bro more than injury, which is temple / item use). And really dmg perk on dps guy would do more for tempo than situational survivability perk . Like on lvl 7 bro would you really rather have brow than QH or Frenzy? At this junction where you really want to keep your edge rolling in dps/action economy race? In late late game with best possible bros( like here with 300 day +) it is probably best case use in fights like this - super long flights with enemies who can actually injure through AFP. But its really only orks and chosen
I've seen too many chopped and smashed heads and swallowed x-bow bolts to not take early Steel Brow. Like would you rather take SB on level 7 bro with good potential or take QH or Frenzy and get him killed next fight by random bolt or 2H axe?
Humans must be terrifying in this world.
there are the absolutely weakling humans and almost godlike naked humans...
Humans are terrifying in most worlds they inhabit

your positioning was really on point, nicely done.
Thank you! What were your results from this fight?

Puny orcs! Won't even stand and fight!
38:58 funniest moment
It's just a carpet of dead orcs... The orcmanity...
33:30 Those "Oh no"s were funny :)

Get good.
Love the content Carve!! Glad you’re still uploading.
Thank you my friend
Always entertaining to watch. Nice fight!
Thank you my brother!
I once had a mission to destroy a orc camp and the orcs inside the camp were killing themselves over leadership I presume
orcs are terrifying, even the gobbs are deadly
Impressive. Very nice.
Thanks!
Wow, 53 Orcs! Well done!
How did you make it into my recommendations?
Very impressive!
Not sure, stick around?
this guy is going kinko mode
Damn! Nice work.

Did I not select hexes that wouldn't hit my own guys?
And not a dog was lost.
wtf 53 orcs ? i can't even handle 10 orcs
@@kevin780313 You'll get there!
32 and i thought i was in trouble XD
After this you want to undergo turmoil by death lizard? Is your marbles made of stainless steel?
I'm actually (over)confident that I can beat 10 lindwurms. It's the krakens that scare me
Are you using some mods? i am really thinking of buying this game....
A viewer using a scaling mod sent me this fight, but I play vanilla. It's a great game so definitely buy it!
Impressive👍
what mods do you use man.
I don't know what mod gets this many enemies, it's some scaling mod. Other than that all I use is a cosmetic mod.
Great fight!

Hey Max! Sorry about the delayed response.
Yeah I don't use brow that much in my own play, but I respect the hell out of it in a fight like this lol.

Oh shi it's the russian army
