- Hey Guys, Welcome Back to the channel, so after a year's break, I'm back here with a video on the Legendary Lockheed L1011 Tristar. In fact, I've been editing this video for a while now as I've been using a brand-new editor. So, I hope you guys would find the edits better and so, That's all about it. And the Lockheed L1011 has only one operator, Flying only one aircraft known as the Stargazer. And without any more details, I hope you guys like the video, and more such content will be uploaded. Thank you.

The best aircraft ❤❤❤
i worked on the l-1011 back in 70s 80s 90s by god they dont get any better than this airplane she was one of the best yet today its a fucking sad there not flying today
We called it a powered glider...
@flyboya340 nice nickname
Varutthapadaada valibar sangam saarbaga indha video vetri petra vaazhthukal
MY first ever flight in life was on L-1011 Gulf Sir frombombay to Muscat, year 1981...was always better than a 747, 767 or AB 300/310.
Mist graceful bird to hit the sky.
I flew the L1011 500 model as captain between 2000/2003 and it was the best airliner i flew . Just to compare my next airplane was the Airbus A340 /300 wiich had a TO GROSS of 250 ton with 120 ton power.... when the L 1011 had 230 ton but 150 ton power.... a real figther
Wow yeah what you say seems absolutely correct as the Airbus A340 is underpowered…
Lockheed can easily start making passenger planes in 2024, they will be so powerful 😊 Financial situation from 19xx to 2024 has changed, if they are making fighter jets and they are so good, why not to make passenger jets? 😅
But anyway, amazing video! Good luck in the future!!🎉
Yeah bro I’m to expecting such a thing from them.. however we’ve got to see it and thanks a lot bro for the support.
You show Air Canada as operating 41 L-1011s. That's way too high. They had a total of 18.
No bro I’ve checked and it’s correct only
@TheFlightTech747 what is your source? It's definitely wrong. I've checked several reliable fleet lists. AC had 12 if the original models plus 6 of the shortened long tange L-1011-500. Total 18.
@@viscount757 well.. I checked via Wikipedia
@TheFlightTech747 Maybe you are referring to all L-1011s operated in Canada. There were 4 operators. Air Canada itself only had 18.
@@viscount757 no bro you try checking out in the air Canada Wikipedia page
What about air-ops a Swedish operator in the 1990s
Well bro I didn’t find any such operator while I researched maybe let me check again
@@TheFlightTech747 I know that they existed because I was a flight attendant for them based at LGW in 1995
@@raymondttompson2638 wow nice to hear that and sorry for missing it out..
@@TheFlightTech747 also I operated as cabin crew on the tristar for Kuwait Airways on a 6 month contract out there in 1992 with aircraft on lease and liveried up after the gulf war from British Airways until Kuwait Airways got back to normal. As a footnote I also worked for TBG as you featured but left after two flights as they had serious safety and finance issues
@@raymondttompson2638 wow that’s nice to hear
