I would love to see somebody make a video on Jimi Hendrix. The song is called Captain coconut. It’s off of the album called crash Landing. The album was originally put out in 1970 I believe. But it was pulled off the market because it’s theme of the album was UFOs or aliens. So the US government pulled it off the market and nobody remembers the album but you can find it On the Internet. But I would like to see someone actually play the song. The song is called Captain coconut. It’s about UFOs it’s instrumental. It also has a great song called stone free. It is a great album but people need to bring this album out into the public. The government doesn’t have a right to tell us that we can’t listen to this album because of the Content. I own the album. I bought it back when it first came out.

Good to see younger generations being taught Hendrix techniques. RUclips unfortunately blocks a lot of content that is why Queen is still kind on streaming services while Hendrix is slowly disappearing. We need people like you to expose especially beginners to his music. People often talk about his lead playing when in fact his rhythm playing was the much more influential.

Awesome. I'd still like to see your approach to how he interweaves chords and lead lines in so much of his playing. You do such a good job with getting the timing of the embellishments down and that to me is the hardest part.

You are a wonderful guitar teacher. Jimi became a pop culture hero but not many revered the beauty of his guitar work like you do. This lesson is for people wanting intermediate guitar skills. Might be good to let students know how to break up the lesson into a weekly endeavor....it is too easy for students to feel overwhelmed and return to rudimentary playing. And, aren't you glad that Jimi spent those couple/few years with the Isley Brothers?

H-before.Learned in 1990.AbcdefgH A-before.G.You have the famous C on 8.fret on bass E-string.And E-chord 7 fret A string and 9.fret D and G-string,rest open strings.Play regual E-tuning,1.scale,you have the 3.scale on 7.fret.Assemble many chords with fantastic 1,2,3 string solo. You get much bass downward, and much treble forward additional to to extra treble boost.SOUND more natural by C,totally insane at E.For untrained ears.
