Run caps put it out of phase 180 degrees changing the magnetic poles rotating the rotor on a PSR motor

Seems 3000 rpm.But in reality coil configuration inside stator is not like this.Other veiw like 1400 rpm but yet is wrong. In 3000 rpm each coil is to be inserted half stator circumference.My word is that it is wrong animation pls change it.

Windings are on the stator not on the rotor. This dwg & explaination is not correct.
