@@kaneophoto3224 It wont make a difference. You want them both blocked. On the front throttle body, both are blocked with the same rubber plugs by the manufacturer.
Nice video man! Is it okay if I share your crash video from a couple years back to my platforms? I'll fully credit you for whatever is used. Be safe and lmk!
Hey! amazing tutorials! Can you show what items I need to be able to install that stick for the Insta360, I can't find which one fits in the footrest tenders.
Is there any difference between the "easy" way vs the "proper" way, as in will one way pose problems down the line or is the biggest difference that you'll open more space around the engine? Do both perform the same function equally?
They both perform the same. In theory you can even leave the EVAP canister connected and only disconnect the hose from the tank and the result will be the same. As long as you have Gabros race map to bypass the EVAP.
Don’t block it with a vacuum cap. Either leave unplugged like I did, or connect a hose to it and guide it either on the bottom or link it with a T connector to the overflow hose. Honestly I just left it unplug. I show how to do this connection on my RS660 video that I delete the EVAP.
Hey man I’m looking to get a torque map for my RSV. I have the Gabro stacks, sprint air filter, slip on CR-T SC Project with the cat deleted. I also did the 520 conversion gold did chain and the sprocket change for that torque. Which map is the correct one from Gabro with that setup?
@@SWISSMotoR To remove the EVAP canister you need to have a race map installed that deactivates it. The race map voids the warranty anyway so at that point you may as well remove it. If warranty is a concern, it’s best not to modify anything internally or at least nothing that the ECU can log.
It’s actually best to leave on the bike because it does more than just act as a EPA regulation. From the best Aprilia mechanic in the US, who’s currently building my 21 RSV4 into a dedicated track bike.
@@joshkerby-qd4mq I’m reusing the hose with the fuel vapor pressure valve, and rerouting it from the tank to the airbox where the PAIR hose was, since I deleted the PAIR system too. I’ll make a video showcasing it, but what is your mechanics reasoning for keeping the EVAP canister?
I just picked up a new 24 rsv4 factory se-09 and the dealer told me if i do anything more than a a slip on ill lose my 2 yr warranty. I've heard some horror stories about the bike that makes me want to keep my warranty. Im so conflicted.
You are not alone. Your dealer is basically correct. But you can’t do a slip on without a map, as the slip on deletes the CAT, therefore you need a tune. And a tune will void the warranty.
@ALFAVITAGA I've already said F it. I got an Arrow Pista slip on coming, and I bought the BTMOTO tune. Heard some bad things about Gabro. Also got a sprint p08 coming. I'm going to delete the charcoal filter as well. It's basically just Euro 5 emissions BS. I refuse to worry about a bike overheating just sitting at a red light for 30s. If something happens I'll deal with it then.
Bravo on another amazing tutorial. Looking forward to your future videos.

Great video. Not that it really matters but I would leave a hose between the to barbs. Helps smooth out any slight throttle plate differences.

Which Gabro tune that by pass the evap & which Pitbull rare stand are you using?
All Gabro race maps bypass the EVAP. The rear stand Pitbull has it on their website as a forward handle.

Go for the MTorque shorty map with stacks. ✌️
How much does your bike weigh?Have you weighed it?
Not yet. I want to though. I’ve estimated it around 27-30lbs less.
Does it void your Warranty?
