ATTENTION! On the video I’m installing the small hose from the reservoir cap to the ground and the reservoir overflow to the radiator cap. That is the wrong orientation. The correct orientation is: radiator cap to the reservoir cap, and reservoir overflow to the ground.
perfect as always bro…nice job, i think this rsv4 is the most beautiful in youtube…keep going!!!
@@user-challbad Thank you brother! ✌️
Love the video series man, keep it up. 15:45 though you installed the small reservoir hoses backwards. you need the one on the res cap to go to the radiator, not the ground. It will make your radiator suck in air and can cause an overheat. Look at your video when you took off the original hoses, and how you installed them. Hopefully it hasn't caused you trouble, but it will make your cooling system not work right. Cheers and keep up the great videos.
@@michaelsaalwaechter9889 Thank you! Yeah I actually switched the hoses after the video. Thats the challenge when you record videos. You focus more on showing how to do something rather than doing it. ✌️
@@ALFAVITAGA felt. I really appreciate your videos just to help see what's in something before getting in there myself. Keep it up, bike looks amazing and probably absolutely rips!
@@michaelsaalwaechter9889 I hear ya ✌️😉
Sick bro.. yea i love the Samco hoses. Will make the swap at some point on rsv4 too. Great choice!
@@KhrisRidez Yes they look amazing! ✌️
@@ALFAVITAGAAre they Worth the effort? Have you noticed their effects yet ?
@@ShartintRump For me it’s purely aesthetics. I haven’t ridden it yet to see if there is a difference in temperature but I doubt there will be any significant difference.
@ALFAVITAGA If there is..... please let us know......
@@ShartintRump I definitely will!
really like your videos, so chill
@@TheKamar2 I appreciate that! ✌️
She’s a beauty 🥰
I’ve done the same hoses on my Tuono, I also opted out of removing the throttle bodies to do the 2 hoses in the valley of the V. They’re in my box of spares and will be installed when the first valve clearance service is done.
The large metal T piece tube on the left side of the bike is silver on the tuono and black on your RSV4 🤔
Have you ever thought of removing the 3864 blue dots Aprilia put on everything at the factory? If you have and your looking for a product to do it, I can recommend loctite 7063 sprayed on a microfibre cloth
@@ShalomBrother Thank you! I will have to install the 2 hoses in the V valley because Im replacing the plastic coolant manifold with the aluminum version. I had a tiny leak and I had to tighten the clamp a bit more and it bent the plastic manifold. So inevitably I will have to remove the throttle bodies. I wasn’t looking forward to that, especially for two hoses that you can’t see, but for replacing the plastic manifold it’s worth it. When you do the valve check, consider the aluminum manifold. You can probably get the RSV4 part for the black T Hose and replace it too ✌️
Amazing brother ❤❤❤❤
@@superbikesquadracer Thank you! ✌️
Bro that hose clamp you left off on the tube that crosses left to right, I think it's to keep the tube away from the exhaust headers. Might be important lest the header burn through a tube as it vibrates. You can get a box of variable sized clamps off Bezos's book site. BTW youre never really in danger of overfilling coolant. It'll just dump the extra out on the next ride lol
@@Omar411269 It should be fine as it does not touch the exhaust headers. But I may just add a larger clamp to be on the safe side. ✌️
@@ALFAVITAGA have fun brother
Hi, I have a question. I was planning to buy an Aprilia Tuono V4 and I wanted to know if it is a reliable bike? Is the engine durable and does it have quality parts?
@@FazelSoltani-s6j Aprilias have a reputation for being unreliable but it’s not the case. These ate Italian masterpieces and they need to be taken care of. With that said, they have a tendency to require more frequent valve adjustments. If you neglect them, they will break. It’s not that they’re unreliable, it’s that they’re more needy. It’s not a ride and forget type of bike.
These will accent nicely on the stingray blue 2025 model 🤌
@@ClutchUpKing They make the bike look so much better 👌
Just curious, where did you order the Dry clutch from?

Hi, I’d like to ask which exhaust you think sounds better, the CS Project CRT or the S1. I’m trying to decide for my RS660, but I haven’t been able to hear both in person. Maybe you could give me a better opinion. Thank you very much!
@@danig.m8902 Both sound great! They sound very similar, so if I were you I would choose the one that looks better to you. I do prefer the CRT a bit more in the way it sounds. It gives it a bit more base and resembles a liter bike slightly more than the S1. Actually the CRT makes the RS660 sound like an R1 on idle and low RPM. You can’t go wrong with any SC Project exhaust though.
@@ALFAVITAGA Thank you very much for replying. I think I’ll go for the CRT.
Have a great day!
@@danig.m8902 Good choice! 👌
Any benefit to the hoses besides aesthetics?
@@TheItalianZone I haven’t ridden it yet to confirm any temperature difference. But I doubt it will make a difference. For me it’s mostly aesthetics, quality and longevity of the hoses.
@@ALFAVITAGA gotcha! Looking forward to that dry clutch install, that's gonna be nuts!
@@TheItalianZone Oh I can’t wait for it!!! It will be crazy!
This aint Rsv4 factory right? What is the difference? What is the exact name of this version ?
@@sSky_Wolf This is not the Factory, although I have used the decals from the Factory. This is the RSV4 1100 and in the Aprilia community we refer to it as the “base model”. The difference between this and the Factory is that the Factory comes with electronic suspension and forged wheels. I have upgraded my RSV4 with forged wheels, but not electronic suspension. Some people don’t want the E-Suspension so they opt for the base model and just upgrade the wheels.
Thank you so much for information.
The thin hoses on the expansion tank and radiator are installed incorrectly, their positions have been swapped. Rewind the video
@@andreydikov870 Good catch! 👌
Only for aethetics 😆
@@bao_motor Probably..
