- Solo Boat camping adventure. NOT PACKING ANYTHING. The plan is to be Alone under the first Sturgeon Super Full Moon August 1st 2023.
I encountered a beautiful full moon rise to the East and an intimidating display of lightening and wind coming from the west. I ended up sleeping on a Picnic bench in the lake. It was awesome!

WoW Travel Guy!! That was a lot of fun, and I have been wanting to check out that area for a few years!! Also I love making night time - lapses with my dji osmo action!! Been thinking about a winter trip down there, and I plan to get the dji mini before my trek. Is that what you are using?? Great drone as well! Hey what about living on a houseboat down around there??
You should! I am using a GoPro 10 & 11, DJI mavic air 2 drone. The 11 has a much better night time recording quality. This was a major test a lot of the footage from the 10 came out pixilated in dark with my spotlight. I would love to try the mini, I’m super happy with the DJI products when I use them.
