Desert storm weekend 2024 was wild! I put together all of the best clips of people who were caught in the storm. I also give some tips about what to do if you get caught in a monsoon while boating on the lake or the river. Join me as we check out some of these great boats at Desert Storm Street fair takeover. Um monsoon season doesn't kick off until late June for AZ just FYI been through a lot of those with our Hallett out there always turned out fine, plus in Lake Powell those are the best especially when you find a cove with lots of waterfalls from the run off.

I’m a local and the best tip is if your coming back from pirates and your boats getting beat up by the wakes don’t stop keep going then find the cove and go into it if you stop you will lose momentum and it will just be horrible
I feel like Topoc may be a better option lately. Pirates is still cool but Topoc has the pool. BUT It is a lot of fun going down river with the current. Pulling into the reeds near crystal beach catching a break. I’m all about it.
