Kelly you are a life saver, I still watch your old mobility videos in your garage on the regular, always keeps me one step ahead of potential injuries and helps me nip any pain I have in the bud

I've had chronic pain in leg, neck and wrists and soft tissue work before bed is the thing that helps me calm down the most. Love the video - will give everything a try. Thanks for the work you do.

Oh, the bliss of a full night's sleep. I haven't had one of those in so many years. Thank you so much for the sensible, structured advice :-)

Happy to see you talking about this Kelly! Very important stuff, not just for athletes but all human beings. I bought a Whoop about a year ago and tested it out for about 2 weeks, while it was nice seeing the data on sleep amongst other things, I found it to be a bit annoying when sleeping with it. The bluetooth aspect of it I also didn't like, as these are additional waves the body does not need. For me, it's the equivalent of sleeping beside your phone, not as bad but still an electronic device that shouldn't be in your room.

Sleep is so important! Environmental components play a MASSIVE role in health and wellness. Less sleep, less performance and more sensitivity to negative stimuli. I love using my Whoop as well. Great tool for sleep tracking. Definitely going to share this with others, thanks!

What is your opinion on the 5 times 90 minute sleeping routine?

Sleep disruption is a massive issue in shift work that may not cause physical issues, but surely interrupts the natural healing process.
