0:00 waking up from pain, your body begging for input, "the closer that pain is to your head the sooner you're gonna you're gonna get that information" 1:30 lack of movement your brain will wake you up when its begging to move 4:00 using other meds 5:35 bringing pain to a 0 may be unrealistic Bc/ pain is a important protective mechanism
Great stuff. Thanks. I also find that doing meditations and sometimes guided like you can find all over RUclips are awesome and kind of get it out of Body Experience and pain can kind of Melt Away. That's my experience. Thanks again
I'm going off the reservation. Would you please bring some awareness and language around "unwinding" during the night? Having practiced high duration Eastern fascia memory and mobility exercises, I wake up in the middle of the night reorganizing toward an unfamiliar direction that leads to a half hour of "unwinding". It can be painful at times but has never lead to injury, only increased mobility and better leverage in open space. This feels like a dark arts topic with very little Western language. I am sharing the term "unwinding" from a massage therapist who framed my experience of upper body reaction to her lower body activity. I think this language resides in the teachings of Ida Rolf. Thanks for reading.
