All those jacked up pick up trucks and a flat bed couldn’t get him out this just proves me right all long about those lifted pick up trucks all show and no go ,,,,, good shit though nice save
Hell ya man nice videos. I used to do recovery for the corps in Afghanistan and Iraq....never been stuck and pulled a tank out with a 7 ton wrecker 😁 keep doing what your doing. My jeeps a family compass so maybe one day I'll upgrade and join the fun again 😂👍
@@4x4rescue74 Trust me I was thinking about it but this thing is already overweighted for the engine I imagine it would cause huge problems lol huge problems lol
I've only ever been involved in a stuck situation with a 6x6. That was fun because it was our wrecker. Unfortunately, all we had was 2 1/2 tons to pull it out. Fortunately, we had about 100 guys. Ground was surprisingly firm, but we dug it out by hand and also flipped huge rocks around it so it could hydraulically semi-self recover. Was still a 3 day operation. Thing was so stuck that the drivers had to roll their windows down to egress. What a pain that was. Getting a gladiator this or next month (already ordered) so I'm going to break my streak!
@4x4 Rescue The mechanics took photos, I think it got featured in a most stuck truck back page thing in some magazine. They were proud, I wasn't as happy but it is a fond memory.
All that iron and no one could get him out or help... REALLY! Plus going in there with all season tires on it. How do you get these newer trucks in nuatral when everything is electronic and they wont start
Definitely not. If the truck is big enough to yank it out something that stuck, it’s big enough to break the standard size rope or tow strap. Let’s say the strap is rated high, it will likely break the hitch or cause damage. Winching is usually the best option, slow and steady gets it’s every time with less risk for damage.
He saying that was easy NAWWWW all y’all Jeeps were struggling bout to get pulled in had to ask a Chevy diesel to come through to help the help out lol😂
That’s how you learn. A few people tried to recover it but couldn’t get it. Having a lot of equipment pays off. Definitely took more than the average person has.
Wheel chocks put strain on the ball joints and steering components, I’ve literally seen people snap their tie rods from using wheel chocks. Anchor is the better option, less strain on the steering components. Only use wheel chocks as a last resort when there’s not an anchor with in reach. I’d rather pull up a second vehicle behind me if there’s no trees with in reach.
Why would I want to put all the strain on one winch when I have friends that would help? Seriously? I’m perfectly capable of getting it out solo but more winches are better. Don’t get mad because you don’t have friends that would help you..lol
When I seen that big Ford pulling up to be your anchor I thought heck yea that should definitely be heavy enough and once again excellent work
I'm glad to see people using social media to help others, man that's awesome. 🤙🏼

That’s awesome. I would slap a winch on the compass..lol

Awesome recovery
Another great video never seen two pulling at same time pretty cool.
Crazy to think with all of those trucks out there that no one else had a winch to pull that dude out.
Couple trucks with winches tried but couldn’t get it.
Sweet can't wait to get started.
just had to break the suction and then she gave. Nice!
Jeep on jeep ! Way to go.

Sounds like a good one

Good going Wes, you are the man
I love your videos bro, good shit!👌🏾
Power Jack it and dig in the sand to lock yourself in if ya ain’t got help.
Great job
Maybe some wheels chocks would be a nice addition to your recovery gear...
Definitely
Damn bro i wish i ad a whole group of homies likeyou guys when i got my jeep stuck in the rivr 😭😭😭
I thought the post said closest dry ground was 200ft away. And all those other trucks out there and they couldn't pull him out?
None of them had a winch or recovery gear. One other guy tried with a winch and one snatch block, but couldn’t get it.
I don't understand how hard it is for people to help out another in need. All those trucks just sitting there and watching instead of helping out.
A few of them tried and couldn’t get it, most people don’t have a winch and it was too suctioned in to yank.
A pull pal might be worth the money if you're going to keep doing this full time, especially on the solo missions.
I’ve considered it but I have a couple hundred feet of line and straps. I can usually find something with in that distant.

Your winch line dampeners? What are those? Looked like sand bags, where can I buy those?
Rhino is making their own, better version. Should be ready soon
@@4x4rescue74 perfect, thanks
Awesomeness brother
Curious what tires he was running. Looked factory.
That F350 with a kinetic rope would have done the job.

Bro I love recovery if you ever need a hand let me know I'm located in Brooksville 10 years towing I do this stuff for fun
Nice! Quite a few I need help on. Message me on the Fb or IG page

Why, why do people go out without recovery gear??? I mean damn, that's like chapter one in off roading.

The recovery people have all the straps needed just get out and try your best
What offroad park was that?
Rancho Bonita
Be the professional you say you are. Get some wheel chocks and do it yourself

If you came to pull me out and ask people to anchor. I would send you away. You ain’t got no business doin this if you can’t get that out by yourself

You look like a joke. Always having to ask for help. Hope that everyone you ask for help. Get a split in the profit. Hope you don’t hog it all.
