As a Cirencester citizen i love where I live YESTERDAY I was at St Peter’s church doing a parade and I’ve lived here my whole live I went to the same primary for 8 years and in my last year of secondary school and it is worth visiting
I grew up in and around Cirencester. Went to Deer Park school , my first job was in the Chemist in the Market square and I was a night club DJ in the Crown hotel (now a Slug and Lettuce) in the very early 80s
Great vlog guys! My nan lived around the cirencester area so as a child we went there all the time … brought back so many memories. The Cotswolds is my favourite place ever ❤❤xx
Just started watching the video, but wanted to let you know that I clicked on it because Cara mentioned it in her Cotswold video and I have never seen a good video of Cirencester! We live in Cheltenham , and we keep meaning to go to Cirencester but haven't made it yet. Of course we passed through it every time we take the bus from Heathrow to Cheltenham, but we really need to go have a proper visit! I'm interested to see what you highlight...
I just realised it's a coincidence I'm watching this video of you in the Cotswolds... because we are headed to Kent this week. Our first time there and I can't wait!
Fantastic vlog as always and very informative, and Jason you should be on the stage they jokes were quite funny 😂. Now to the pronunciation of Cirencester i think i can say that with my accent, don't know what made me think it was pronounced different 🙈. Let's hope your dentist wasn't watching 🦷🦷🍬🍬
I live in Cirencester, or “Ciren” to locals. We laugh at Americans’ pronunciation of Bibury…they say it the same as you, but it is as one other viewer pointed out Bi-bury (or By-bree). Cirencester was hugely significant in Roman Britain and was massive in the wool trade…hence the wool market area you never covered. No wonder you didn’t think it was very Cotswold like as you spent most of the video showing off American imports (coffee and cakes) 😂. Maybe you should have checked out the nightlife too.

We haven't really explored Cirencester, but we did make a quick stop there and went to that same coffee shop in an airstream trailer! Lol
