Robin, I just realized this morning, 2/3/2024, that I always feel like I come back home when listening to all your Cotswold videos. It brings me much joy and I’m deeply appreciative for your time and energy you put into all this wonderful stuff!!! Cheers!! Cary Cary
Thank you so much for this series. I'm a UK citizen, currently resident abroad, and returning to the UK next year. Having the choice of where to locate ourselves, anywhere in the UK,, we've chosen The Cotswolds, but wasn't sure exactly where would suit us best. I've just spent the last 5 days driving around the villages, and getting an understanding of the area, and have relied heavily on the information in this series. As a result, thanks to your fascinating documentaries, we've identified our location, and are now in the process of moving to The Cotswolds, so thank you so much for the informative and enjoyable presentation - they were of enormous help in our decision making.
A truly excellent series of programming about the Cotswolds. I’m addicted ...
Thank you.
I am waiting for a new series of explorer ways
"This was The Beatles' first of two performances at the Subscription Rooms, a grand building situated on George Street in Stroud, Gloucestershire ". It was their second show in the south of England, and the first to be booked under the auspices of manager Brian Epstein.1 September 1962 Stroud Subscription Rooms
Thank you so much for the hard work required to produce this video during this difficult time. It's a delight, and so calming, to find you still here.
Lol, Robin on the stage and Ross on the best vantage point! So delightful.
Thank You Robin, love your journey. I live in Cam near Dursley on the Western Cotswold edge and I didn't know half the things you've told us about. Very informative!!
It’s a lovely area, the Cotswolds.. I love your individual knack of taking the viewer with you. You and your little dog.
My partner knows the area well, having lived in Cirencester for many, many years. Thank you very much for sharing your exploration with us.
Thank you so much for taking your time to present the Cotswolds to those of us who may never get to see it in real life. The one thing that struck me about all these lovely villages was there wasn't any litter. All of the streets were so clean. If only it were like that in the US. I never have understood why people think the outside space is their personal garbage can. You have a country to be proud of and I look forward to any place you would like to feature. Have a Blessed day.

@Margaret Bedwell…and these are the same type of people that think it is perfectly acceptable to go to Walmart in their pajamas or with body parts exposed that desperately need to be covered because they stimulate the gag reflex of others. Clearly mysteries that need to be solved.
Thank you once again for a wonderfully informative video. 🌈👍
I raise my hat to you Sir.
Thank you!
Thank you Robin it was truly wonderful to go back to some places I visited and to discover new facts about places I hadn't been to. I thoroughly enjoyed our journey today! ❤

3 19 Hello, dear Widget!
I really enjoyed that all in my local area too .Great stuff take care .
i am truely amazed at people who put thumbs down to such beautifully produced programs. Thank you Robin for the journey and history facts you bring out.
I love your episodes. Reminds me of when I used to stay in the village of Mollington in the 80s. I used to stand on the the battlefield of Edgehill. Could have sworn I heard the battle in the wind. Beautiful happy place the Cotswolds is.
Have you considered expanding this idea to (for example) 'Hidden gens of Yorkshire' (my home county and, obviously, the best)? The basic concept is fantastic and the real, obvious love you have for the area, and your personal connection to it, is such a major reason why these programmes are so good!
And then go international, perhaps?
Hi David. You know we have thought about using our formula in other areas. It's an exciting thought doing "God's own county". It's full of fantastic houses and villages, but the big snag is I am such an old fellow it daunts me somewhat. Hopefully someone else will decide it's worthwhile doing what we are doing in other counties in England. Best wishes and keep watching, Robin.
Thank you for producing such a wonderful series! I enjoy your vlogs more than any other.
I enjoyed seeing some familiar places, especially Tetbury! Thank you!
More to come! Pleased to see you back commenting again. Happy New Year!

Excellent in every way and highly watchable as always Another of Robin's gems. 543 likes but how peculiar that 2 people disliked it. There's no pleasing some - where do such mean-spirited people come from I wonder?
Thank you Robin and Ross, a very enjoyable episode. The Cotswolds has such wonderful towns and villages. Thank you for exploring them. Hopefully visits will be possible later this year.

Glad to hear that you're still angry at reformation vandals! A very good mix of scenery, history, travelogue in the vein of Alec Clifton Taylor and Pevenser. If only we could time travel. Thanks to you both for making.
Hi! HoW are you?
It is the second Thursday of the new year. Seoul, Korea had a lot of snow, and the lowest temperature was -15'C. It is a very cold day.
I hope this week will be a healthier/fierce day. ^O^
