Which of the exercises detailed in this video has been most helpful? What else would you like to hear about in more detail?

    • @simplehealthyliving4681

Sincere request. Please reply. A guy with skinny forearms aged 30-40, wants to do forearm exercises to look decently masculine all natural without taking any stuff. So elbow flexions (like wrist curls and wrist bent and curling a dumbbell to grow the brachioradialis) are a must, right? No upright rows of course. So would you say PREHABING the elbow extensors with your recommended exercises every alternate day then doing elbow flexions every other day is a smart way to avoid injuries and get to look decently male (no embarrassing skinny forearms) in a few months? Please assume that diet will be low inflammation sugarless diet with low to moderate carbs for exercise fuel and high protein (a little more than 1.5 grams per kilogram of goal lean body weight).

Excellent video. Thank you for proving such detail in a really clear and concise way. I'm at the acute phase but had unwittingly jumped straight to the loading phase. I'll now go back through the stages as you have prescribed. Thanks again.

Great video Dr. Todd. This is the best of its kind I have seen. Can you do the same video for golfer elbows?

    • @GonsteadSpineWellness

For golfer’s elbow, it’s the same principle, but on the flexor surface of the forearm.
Follow the same process on the opposite side

Same here. I started a backhand spin serve....maybe that's it. One of the paddles I like has a very high swing weight (124). Put an overgrip on my paddles, maybe that will help

idk if my symptoms is tennis elbow or not, as you mention if I stretch my hand and press down the middle finger, I don't feel any pain in the elbow area. However I feel constant tingling on my ring and pinky finger especially if I bring my arm up. But, thanks for the video, I think I want to train my arm with some exercise/massage you share here, I already have some of the equipment and would love to try that.

Hi doc have you ever used flossing tape with the peanut double ball thing?…I saw a CrossFit guy using the tape for his tennis elbow. Also I have been told that weakness in your rear delta can cause tennis elbow what are your thoughts on this?..FYI I have curve in my neck and doing face pulls almost daily. Do you think my curve in my neck maybe caused my tennis elbow?..

plus my chiropractor who is a family friend
which is kinda funny i will show him this video
      but
i also have the gel in my spine that shots out
if i fall asleep in a chair seem to happen then
but it pushes on my nerve which then makes my arm hurt so double pain
i get adjusted and at least i can keep that pain down
hard to get to in the middle of shoulder blades
i forgot what number vertebrae that is, but I think it’s in teens

How can the cause be muscle weakness if people who get tennis elbow are those who heavily use their arms?

Listen to the video again. It’s because one side of the forearm gets stronger than the other side which causes an imbalance. This is where therapy comes in.

In UK I was recommended by the therapist to not massage as this might flare up. Also, does loading with planks or yoga escalate the symptoms? I want to do Pilates or yoga but I afraid it will make it worse (therapist is not committing to an answer on this, she is really annoying )
