Awesome educational video. I had severe tendonitis and tennis elbow. I have had two rounds of the PRP and will do the prolotherapy to get me to the finish line. I agree with you that the pain from the injections can be intense but folks have to stay focused on their objectives. Your advice here was so sound; you've clearly done your homework. Keep up your excellent work!

Thanks so much PJ! That was really helpful! I have been dealing with my elbow for several months. When it was really bad, I happened to be seeing a Hand therapist for injury to my left elbow, but my tennis elbow had flared up on my right elbow since I could only use that arm for a while. She taught me to massage in the area of the epicondyle ( the bony prominence) as well as over the tendons going into it, again causing that irritation to promote healing. And then i do those wrist extension curls every time I do dumbbell exercises, and I wear neoprene elbow sleeve when I’m working out. That combination seems to maintain it, and it is probably gradually getting better. And stop using anti-inflammatory meds or creams, they don’t help and can make it worse! Try Arnica or other natural products. Best wishes for everyone struggling with the elbows!!

Excellent info!! Any tips for frozen shoulder? I am seeing a physiotherapist for a neck injury which is improving but this shoulder is taking forever. Advised against cortisone shots. It’s been 7 months so far with range of motion slowly improving. I have read it is just a matter of time to heal and could last for up to 3 years 😢. I love your workouts and try my best. Any tips greatly appreciated.

Thank you PJ! Tennis elbow is an issue I'm seeing a physio therapist for right now. Appreciate your help thru this issue.
The next on my list is Urinary incontinence. Is there exercises that will help as we age? If so what are they? I find a lot of confusion out there around this issue. Is incontinence hereditary? Do Kegal exercises help or hurt? Do Kegal weights work? What are some other exercises that will keep us out of Depends and in our yoga pants for as long as possible.

    Question for you PJ
I know you put these exercises in one of your workouts......that I know of but why not put them in more often like putting ab work in the challenge
But I will be getting the elastic band out I could do with that exercise for my fingers because I type alot
O and heads up I have my daughter at physio at the moment and they suggested to me if your fingers get tired from writing typing etc to get play dough like what kids play with get a small peace and put it in between your fingers and squeeze.....no joke it is hard
    Thank YOU PJ
