Who says they are intelligent and can write sentences? Maybe it's an automatic defense mechanism and they are just regular wolfs.
For example they could emit pheromones that cause observers to read info on them as being dangerous but red text is able to cancel it.
I know this isn't the case but it would be something similar to this like how a squid changes colors to match its background, its an automatic defense mechanism but that doesn't mean they are smart

I love the music choice for these very scary and not adorable devilish animals of death! It was very delightful to see how they interact and eat with the other humans. Overall, it isn’t that much of a threat but that’s what they want you to think, and I really want to adopt one because I want them to consume the souls of the innocent and entertain me with their sharp fangs and not adorable tails.

I love how they actually act tough by modifying the text. They even added little 'data expunged' and REDACTED splurges to it. (Remember to only look at the red text!)
So it's basically cute little Doggo, who can manipulate texts, and pretends to be an intimidating werewolf, while hi is just coot doggo. So it's like Iron 4 Nasus who can't even stacc, but promises to carry
