@@hanj31 The Delta One A330-900neo has the top of the line new seats, with closing doors for more privacy. Unfortunately I get this herringbone design on the A330-200 soon (which does lie at 180 degrees at least).
I flew this product round trip ATL-AMS and ATL-LHR. It’s comfortable but it’s old and dated. The screens are laggy and the ambient lighting found in the 350s needs to be here.

The head rest cushions look maybe a bit awkward height. If u r smaller and head just hitting top of it. Or u have Ur hair tied back in a hair bobble. Etc

Not a fan of the reverse herringbone pods for Delta One. The seats in my experience are always very dirty and uncomfortable. The service is hit or miss…and quite frankly often a miss. FAs seem like they’re in a rush to finish the meal service. They’re usually short with customers and not friendly. For the price point (up to 10,000 USD for a flight to Rome from Atlanta) I expect a much cleaner product with impeccable service.
I flew on Delta 777-200 LR ATL- JNB and back almost 17 hours on the return trip, wasn’t a fan of their business elite cabin configuration on said aircraft
It is horrible. I was sitting in the middle next to a guy that was creepy ! I woke up making awkward eye contact. United has a privacy wall that you have the choice to use to seperate you from the person on the other side. Ill never fly delta again.
Retrofitted in this case, the OLD Delta One! Hate the lack of foot space during full flat seat. Seats are somewhat narrow. 😢
Aww man. If it weren’t for Sky Lounge access and my return flight on the 767-400, I’d change my seat to premium.
