So guys have a look at 💬 chatroom on website. Join the community. It’s great to share and talk golf. And belong to a community working with great evidence based information 👍
I have always struggled with my shoulder tilt and early extension.you just save my game. Great video. You are the best
It’s the best drill Viktor. It supplies you with the best feel and feedback 👍.. thanks for sharing
I’m sure higher handicappers get a lot from this channel as well, but wanted to say that as a plus handicap still playing a lot of competitive golf at age 40, this is the best channel on RUclips. Never the same old BS regurgitated for the last 30 years, instead you teach logical and actionable concepts that will actually translate to better golf. If you’re a beginner or low handicap player who genuinely wants to improve, or just get more enjoyment from playing the greatest game ever created, Craig is your guy. Since my last year of college golf, I’ve been to all the “gurus” and studied all the fad swing models over the years. Save your money because there really are no shortcuts or secrets. The secret is working on fundamentals and this channel offers them in spades. Well done, brother 🙏🏼
Thanks so much 👊👊👊… Really really appreciate it. Thanks for taking the time to share.
This channel is great, as someone prefer scientific method and evidence based analysis I also like athletic motion golf, what is your feeling of that channel as a low handicapper?
i like those guys 👍
@@lukehuang4225not sure if you were asking Craig or myself, but I like AMG. Super good guys that operate it. Many suspicions we’ve had over the years have either been shown to be inaccurate, or are now widely accepted based on some of their GEARS analysis (the episode on shallowing the club comes to mind). As far as swing coaches, though, I’ve always preferred to work with a pror’s pro. What did Trevino say? “Until you can beat me, I ain’t taking advice from you.” 😂 I am NOT saying they aren’t good players, but they also aren’t tour caliber, and that’s the level I want my mentors to be on. From an information and research standpoint, though? About as good as it gets! 😎
I truly appreciate your sound instruction. Best regards, ARJ2
You’re very welcome 👍👍👍…
Best Instruction on RUclips! ….Fantastic Video!
Wow, thanks! Really appreciate it thanks for posting 👍
Your lesson is so nice
Thanks
Nice content. I loved Tommy fleetwood s feedback. Great video
Thanks 🙏 .. Tommy is probably the most liked player on the planet.. i love his golf swing.
Wonderful video!
Thanks 🙏 so much really appreciate you taking the time to post 👊
Lovely video indeed mate! 🎉 Oi- I will try this drill today! The leg left straightening up at point of impact. The waist gets out of the way. Mate, just picture throwing skipping rocks. Forget showing em this way. Just tell them you’re skipping stones. You’ll confuse people otherwise. I know exactly what you’re saying- but for beginners- the rock skipping stones works immediately.
Thanks Brett! - Appreciate it
It’s definitely not a video for beginners.
Great drill with the two balls👌🏼 Does that work using the driver?
Yes - But you it’s probably more effective with irons. This will bleed into your entire swing … think about quantity here as well.. hit lots of balls and use lots of practice swings to really feel and grove this
What would be interesting is to hear your feedback doing both? Let me know 👍
Thanks Craig👌🏼 I’ll let you know😊
The two ball drill at about the 3:50 mark is one of the best cures for the shanks as well.
That’s very true good point i actually forget to mention that in the video 👍
@CraigHansonGolf I took 4 months off this winter and I've had issues with early extending/ over the top these last few weeks. I watched your video and when you started that drill a light bulb went off lol. That is a great drill for several reasons and thanks to you reminding me I'll be back on track soon.
@@thomastrain7311 no worries good luck with it .. thanks for taking the time to post that’s nice of you 👍👍
I love the video great information. My problem is it seems like I drive my legs too far and my left knee gets past my left ankle which makes it hard to push up and it seems like the club gets behind and then I get flippy thoughts?
With the iron shot the knee would get past the ankle
you have to move laterally to be able to push off it
I would have to see it and see why you’re doing. Find the point of failure.
WorldClassGolf.com silver or gold membership have online swing analysis
you receive a video the same as the youtube video with your swing on the screen
I’ll fix you. Good to stop guessing 👍
What is the device you have on your golf club?
It’s called The Hanger
It’s helping me with my swing at the moment i’m making changes to my downswing
Here’s a video i did on it

@@CraigHansonGolf awesome thanks for the info!
Just a thought... my experience is that if I play the ball to close to my body I end up with a shank! Will try this out on the range in a day or so.
it’s more about learning the feel from the outside ball back into the inside ball not about standing closer. It’s the sensation of the legs pulling back and extending because you’re moving from one golf ball to the other
Can we please stop saying ‘ground forces’. The ground stays still. It does nothing. Everything is done through your feet. Try ‘stand up’. Simples.
thanks Tom
