You have one of the smoothest most attractive swings I have ever seen. From a lifelong struggler, won't mean much but at any rate I can't imagine hitting a bad shot with your swing.

The Front and Therapy drill is amazing. This video has helped me so much. I shot two strokes under my age 75 (73) recently. Normally shoot in the mid to low 80’s.

I’m 77 , and I have a smooth , effortless swing : all I do is setup w/ a grip like the classic Golf Pride training grips teach , a little weight forward ( I’m a front post player ) and simply rotate the right scapula straight back and move it forward until its stops closer to the target than the left was at address ! Funny you mention the lipstick on your shirt. I've noticed that some LPGA players will wind up with their foundation makeup from their face on their left shoulder at the end of a round.

For half swing?
Yes for full swing, this drill starts with aiming but of club at the target, what about for a half swing, if i do this drill, where will the but of the club be aiming?
