Thank you for the recipe, it looks fantastic, I’ll come back and tell you how it taste, I’m letting it kool down.
You can't argue with success, fantastic result....Looks similar to my KBS Bread maker, so I'll try it.
Thank you
Made this, it turned out wonderfully nice
Awesome!
Yummy
yummylicious 😘😋😋😋
Thank you kiya
Thanks! If I want to add honey instead of sugar what other adjustments what I need to make?
Hello when do i add the butter when its starts kneading
Respect
I gather C is for cup, bit if you could possibly use tsp for teaspoon and tbsp tablespoon instead of just T? or grams. I so want to make this but confused by the measures and guessing never works for me.
Will sure do that thank you
Cute doggies, can I ask why you recommend using cold butter? I’ve seen a different recipe where they call for room temperature for everything including egg and butter. The bread does look delicious though. I’ve never made my own but plan on starting soon. 😊have a great day/night.
Because I don’t want it to incorporate directly to my batter. Once proofing has started it will start to warm up the machine. If it’s from the fridge it will breakdown into small pieces through out my dough, and the steam will be released in those pockets, creating that beautiful crust on the outside and flaky layers
No milk?
How much yeast will I put if I replace it with instant yeast?
When do you add the butter?
Hello! Can I please get the recipe? Thanks!
1 3/4 tsp active dry yeast
1 3/4 cup + 2 Tbsp bread flour
3 Tbsp sugar
3/4 tsp salt or 3 grams
2 eggs
1 egg yolk
1/4 cup water
2 Tbsp water
8 Tbsp unsalter butter or 130 grams
Enjoy!
Can I make buns instead of baking it out in the machine or will it fail?
What do you mean? the recipe is for a bread maker machine though, i’ll try it tomorrow using an oven and let you know.
When did you add the butter?
After the first proofing process depending on your machine. Mine stops after the first mox and once it starts mixing again u can add the cold butter. Enjoy
In the video it looks like you added butter while the dough was still initially mixing. So. The dough is that wet normally after one proof ?
@@AzumiKuroshi14 yes
Is the water warm
No
Mine, collapsed.. What happened?
I don’t know
Same here. And I've tried it twice and it collapsed both times. Not sure why?
@@TheHukomsinQueensland Lovely answer! 😂😂
So kame hangang tingin lang ganun?🙄🤣🤭
Wahahha
One day kuya daddee makakatikim ka din nyan
There is an error in your recipe. 3 teaspoons of salt will make 21 grams. Because one teaspoon of Morton table (iodized) salt weighs about 7 grams.
Mine is 5g
@@TheHukomsinQueensland 👍and even that makes 15 gr . Just imagine 15 gr of salt for 1.5 lb of 🍞
Oh yeah you’re right i was meant to put 3/4 teaspoon of salt not 3 tsp
Thank you for that!
My dough looks like a ball. Not loose like yours….
Did u use exactly the amount of the recipe?
Yes. But I didn’t add the butter after the first proof. Still turned out okay after I added some water. Then I put too much water and had to add flour. I still like it.
@@AzumiKuroshi14 the cold butter will help make the layers flaky and will give you a good crust on the outside
This is true to recipe u don’t really have to add anything more
