    I gather C is for cup, bit if you could possibly use tsp for teaspoon and tbsp tablespoon instead of just T? or grams. I so want to make this but confused by the measures and guessing never works for me.

    Cute doggies, can I ask why you recommend using cold butter? I’ve seen a different recipe where they call for room temperature for everything including egg and butter. The bread does look delicious though. I’ve never made my own but plan on starting soon. 😊have a great day/night.

      Because I don’t want it to incorporate directly to my batter. Once proofing has started it will start to warm up the machine. If it’s from the fridge it will breakdown into small pieces through out my dough, and the steam will be released in those pockets, creating that beautiful crust on the outside and flaky layers

    When did you add the butter?

    • @TheHukomsinQueensland
      @TheHukomsinQueensland  Год назад +1

      After the first proofing process depending on your machine. Mine stops after the first mox and once it starts mixing again u can add the cold butter. Enjoy

      In the video it looks like you added butter while the dough was still initially mixing. So. The dough is that wet normally after one proof ?

    There is an error in your recipe. 3 teaspoons of salt will make 21 grams. Because one teaspoon of Morton table (iodized) salt weighs about 7 grams.

      Yes. But I didn’t add the butter after the first proof. Still turned out okay after I added some water. Then I put too much water and had to add flour. I still like it.
