- Blue motor via worm drive makes two orange shafts rotate in opposite directions.
Orange cranks fixed to the shafts move up-down green table thanks to tangent mechanisms.
Forces applied to all four legs of the table at the same time make the table move easily.
This mechanism is used for large tables.

Love the simplicity to keep things level and translating at same time/rate. As noted on other comments this needs to be engineered to match needs for lifting. Great job!
Nice mechanism.Thanks for sharing!
você é o mestre da mecanica , muito bom
Oh wow that is a huge jump in subscribers and viewers. Congratulations :)
Awesome ,,, you are super master with this. Thanks
U r genius...
tem algum exemplo de tv lift ?
Great 👍👍👍
Nice animation. But, I don't think easily doable. The torque created by the lever will be huge. The gears will see a lot of forces.
Of course it's doable. Just have to dimension everything right. The upper part of the table can be made of aluminium, and this table could be used for light loads in the end, if bigger module gears don't satisfy.
@@CompanyofHeroes999 everything is doable, but at what cost.
@@thomashoffmann4504 All of the parts shown here are so inexpensive. And would stay that way I'm sure even if the construction is a bit beefed up.
за оранжевые вилки можно задеть ногами или зацепиться штанами , а в целом регулировка высоты неплохо задумана
Good
Wow, stunning webvideo. Thnx ...
What software do you use to model your assemblies, Mr Thang?
It's Autodesk Inventor.
Can you suggest any hydolic lift with single cylinder table size 2500mmX2500mm with 20 ton weight lifting capacity?
This might be suitable:

I am going to make a model ot this
How are rollers and the forks mated?
Cylinder on plane joint.
table wouldn't be able to hold much on account the lifting arms might break or bend
I thought about that, and other potential point-failure issues. Some bits look flimsy because they're drawn only enough to get the point across. To design it you need to name parameters, table size needed, expected weight to be supported, travel speed needed (it'll be slow.) The drawing is 'designed,' not 'engineered.'
Especially at the halfway point..
Is there any stopper Mechanism?
Anyone can suggest a video for motor selection?
Very dangerous technical concept. Huge strength on the lifting arms and transmission. Stupid idea .
The table must be empty or it needs a big motor to lift it.
This mechanism has self lock 🔒 and you can left it manual if you like it doesn't take big forces.
@@mrayco did you calculate the forces?
@@thomashoffmann4504 worm gear handle all that load ...I didn't calculate anything
Whats the details on this to build it
These drawings are 'designed,' not 'engineered.' To make the design 'buildable' you first need to name parameters, table size needed, expected weight to be supported, travel speed needed (it'll be slow.) Next is some That Looks About Right guesstimates of raw materials needed. That will vary drastically depending on whether you want to lift a muffin or a motorcycle.
Thank you for your detailed explanation.
why don't you adda drafting file sir
