I had a very close, close male friend. I had taken him to the ER. They could not find nothing wrong with them that everything was normal and to hear urgent care tell me the same exact same thing along with his physician.. until I noticed one day, I came home from work and realized something was wrong. I took him to an emergency room that deals with trauma right there, and then my friend was diagnosed with esophagus cancer. . 😢 I cried so much that I felt that the hospital and the emergency room have betrayed me under the circumstances. I still believe today these doctors are not training enough, but unfortunately he passed away . I never stop praying for him under the circumstances it was God willing to take him from me and let me know that he will be in a better place. I miss my best friend. I also think that it can and should be Diagnosed by sight and symptoms. When you cut into it , it causes a pressure release to happen which is an evolved defense mechanism that allows it spread and then becomes metastasis.

this video does a terrible job explaining. cancer is caused by anything that can cause a mutation. mutations are caused by damaging the dna. when a cell has a mutation, the cell cycle should stop itself and order the cell to be destroyed, which is called apoptosis. but for cancer cells, the cell cycle doesn't stop even though there's a problem. it continuously grows and grows, not being able to stop. this causes a tumor to form. sometimes the mutated cells are spread to a different part of the body, which is called metastasis. i'm not sure if this made sense and i'm not sure if you care anymore but here's an answer from a high school ap bio student.
