This is amazing. I was worried at first when you said that it'd change building forever and mentioned professional builders, as if it'd take their jobs or something. But no, it just makes everything less time consuming and adds a bunch of QOL features. Just looking at that UI makes me salivate.

I have done more than my fair share of large scale builds like this using world edit and worldpainter and even just these few minutes seeing you fiddle around with it I can already tell this is a whole other level. Definitely going to go try this out!
This is a really exciting development in building! Moulberry actually created another well known mod called NEU or Not Enough Updates for hypixel skyblock, and almost everyone in the community knows and uses it, so I'm very confident in the success of this project as well
I think something REALLY cool would be a survival mode. Imagine being in survival and using this tool as an indicator where you need to place blocks, it would allow people like me that can't build to make a wonderful base too.
There are some mods for Valheim that do this, and I've found them incredibly useful. I can totally see this being a feature in the future. They already have the preview mode, just make that stick around if you don't have the materials. lol
So basically they created an upgraded version of the official Bedrock Editor mode. The possibilities provided with this mod will be truly endless. Respect to the developers and their incredible creation!

Moulberry was very important in the modding community for hypixel skyblock, they made NEU the most used mod in the game but they quit the team of neu a few months ago so it's great to see them work on this

This mod makes me, person who only walks around in a survival world every now and then, want to make more Minecraft builds with this mod. I've got some experience using voxel programs but never built in Minecraft enough to make really good stuff in creative mode. Very cool
Yeah , imagine how cool it would be to build inside of a swamp and have fireflies flying around you , serving no purpose besides being most likely a particle. Would be awesome , but sadly some dude from the *community* decided to make a report about frogs eating fireflies being unrealistic.

This is fucking insane. I can't believe someone made Blender within the Minecraft client with a secondary mode for more detailed/casual work. Absolutely unbelievable.
This would be SO helpful to design stuff in creative that I wanna later build in survival. Some time ago I spent like 30 hours making a giant mountainrange with worldedit sand(so that it looks like it's affected by gravity) where I'd just have to spam the brush tool until there was enough sand(and I built up to build height!) and I ended up with a build of over 10 Million sand. With tools like these I reckon I could've done that like five times faster, I'll try them when designing my trading hall.
The only part that scares me is the "commercial version". The devs sound nice and trusty so I hope they don't lock too much things behind the commercial version
Well the main developer has been working on this mod for 1.5 years, obviously he needs funding to continue developing this mod He has tried to make the balance between free and commercial as fair as possible, but obviously he needs the funding to continue working on it

I just don't want some basic things like changing the block palette or flattening to not be accessible, that would just be greed.
this is amazing! i’ve been trying to teach my friends world edit but it’s been a struggle to remember all the commands so this will be great once it comes out and we can all learn this together instead. looks super simple
I think superflat type worlds are a great way to truly test your skills and resource management. its fun, unique and much different from the normal Minecraft experience
One of the biggest walls for me when it comes to making maps or large builds was always just the sheer enormity of the workload, so I'm super pumped for this mod.
3:06 the same thing is in terraria called ‘block swap’ and honestly it is super useful. You can make your build in one pallet and easily switch it to a new one to see how it looks. I find it encourages experimentations a lot more since you don’t have to destroy everything and build it from the ground up
this is kinda neato, instead of needing a third party software to edit your save file to then add it back in. it's a LIVE system, that works at the same time, that you are still in the game, playing. Doesn't look too complicated like blender etc, so it looks simply enough for a kid to play with it.

Especially since plug-ins/server side tools are required for performance, collaboration and client review? Why sell that as a bad thing? Kids can join a server on a vanilla client but many aren’t able to run performance heavy mods (I don’t know the requirements of Axiom)

fun fact: There is a very simplistic building mod that also visualizes the result called effortless building. And it’s not over the top like axiom but it’s survival friendly. Both for fabric and forge. Not for 1.20 yet😢

This is revolutionary. I've learnt soooo many commands into every minute detail /clone /fill... the structure_block to rotate buildings... World Edit... and tons of other stuff This tool should be standard in creative mode.
I had a trouble of transforming structures, landscaping and more. Until i got axiom, it completly changed the way i build. All thanks to you because you recommended this mod!
The Mighty architect is also a cool one, it allows you to draw out some shapes and pick a style and a computer will automatically build a building. It also works in game as a client side mod and was made by the same guy who made the create mod

I PHYSICALLY CANNOT WAIT FOR A SERVER VERSION. Like a plugin version of this is everything i need. I hate how clunky worldedit and voxel sniper can get after long use, Axiom literally could help me make my city in MINUTES. ITS AMAZING.

I want this on vanilla Minecraft so bad. It's so tedious having to build block by block, measure everything, and find out you added 1 too many rows or shorted a column
I do not build a lot, but this looks amazing. I hate when you can’t put certain blocks on other blocks, or when you can’t do something without updating adjacent blocks, ruining the build, or when you hate something you did and go to press ctrl+z, but then you remember it’s Minecraft, not something like Microsoft Word. The first thing that came to mind with the no updates feature was the amazing looking portals people can build. Not only could you change the shape, but you could also completely remove or replace the obsidian edges. This is brilliant, and I can only imagine how builders must feel.
I clicked on this expecting something about manual building, which is what I do all the time, because I play survival, I normally would be disappointed that this isn't about manual building, but this is basically paint 3d on Minecraft.
as a builder this is the best mod I've seen. I was also a part of the BTE (build the earth) project and i can see this beeing SO useful for its current builders, especially the terraformers. This is hype!

You could probably combine it with Litematica, if you did it in creative in another world then used Litematica to make a blueprint of it to work from

For mountains, use a brush for heightmaps instead of sand brushes, otherwise it's going to take way longer

I PHYSICALLY CANNOT WAIT FOR A SERVER VERSION. Like a plugin version of this is everything i need. I hate how clunky worldedit and voxel sniper can get after long use, Axiom literally could help me make my city in MINUTES. ITS AMAZING.
Once I get home, and start to continue making my server projects, I am definetly going to use this!!! THIS IS INSANE!!!!

I want this on vanilla Minecraft so bad. It's so tedious having to build block by block, measure everything, and find out you added 1 too many rows or shorted a column
Im considering this to be more of a tool then a mod, and best of all this mod fully-fit's vanilla minecraft its like a better creative mode almost

I do not build a lot, but this looks amazing. I hate when you can’t put certain blocks on other blocks, or when you can’t do something without updating adjacent blocks, ruining the build, or when you hate something you did and go to press ctrl+z, but then you remember it’s Minecraft, not something like Microsoft Word. The first thing that came to mind with the no updates feature was the amazing looking portals people can build. Not only could you change the shape, but you could also completely remove or replace the obsidian edges. This is brilliant, and I can only imagine how builders must feel.

I clicked on this expecting something about manual building, which is what I do all the time, because I play survival, I normally would be disappointed that this isn't about manual building, but this is basically paint 3d on Minecraft.
as a builder this is the best mod I've seen. I was also a part of the BTE (build the earth) project and i can see this beeing SO useful for its current builders, especially the terraformers. This is hype!
