I stood for hours drinking copious steins of Becks beer to see Immortal's 7thDoB show at Wacken. They did not dissapoint, even with the sound technical difficulty. Immortal fan from Suffocate the Masses to present 🤘

I am in the center Headbanging like a maniac. Drunk as a drowned freckle 7:25 not easy to feel your stuff all the time and one wanders from spot to spot but efforts to write ones own favourite tracks is like knowledge of ones genitals and never lets one down. Honesty and Purity while composiing songs pays out in mysterious ways.

Horgh is one of the greatest metal drummers to assault the equilibrium of listeners. Stamina and precision that makes most professionals look like hobbyists.

I’m not sure who was the original drummer for this song but I find that the fills are so tasty. Very simple but they just hit the right spot in my brain. It’s like they almost go too long building crazy tension but release just in time. Perfect example is 7:41. Also another cool thing I can’t really explain is how at 8:04, instead of stoping the fill on the 3 he stops it on the 4. I don’t know music theory or terms so idk if it makes sense but to me it’s interesting and surprising.
Thos is excellent. Beat of all the snall mistakes are still there and you haven't edited them away, much more natural. Good work 👍
absolute amazing perfomance... better than album recording..
The entire show was released on dvd in 2010, and comes with a much better audio mix as opposed to the soundboard audio in this video.

Abbath already said YES to a reunion! it is just a matter of time I guess...
For what it's worth, I saw Abbath on his latest tour (early 2024) and he's sober, the band he's got is great and they played a good amount of Immortal songs too.
@@gocsa i was at his show few weeks ago where he played only immortal songs. He has a great band now, i don't know what Demonaz can bring in anymore to Abbath tbh.
