Loved this video! I'm Japanese, and I lived here for about 3years when I was in elementary school. I could never forget the wonderful memories I had there. I'm 13 years old, and my future dream is to live here💞
My Mother was from N. Greenwich, but got married and lived next door in Port Chester. We used to get "resident beach passes" from her sister every year. Both Island and Byram beeches were fun places to go back in the 60's. Also in N. Greenwich there are many horse & nature trails.
I drove by Greenwich and wow this town is amazingly beautiful. It was December last year and it was covered with snow and the place looked like a Christmas post card brought to life.
I grew up here. 35 years ago it was quiet, nothing like today. Independent stores lined the avenue then came the chains. Most of the “old money” has left with newbies coming to town bulldozing classic beautiful homes with McMansions. Makes me kinda sad. Anyways still a beautiful town, just different.
I'm not surprised since the suburbs outside NYC are becoming more popular. Increased population and higher prices will inevitably push out small family-run stores. I've seen it in other places as well.
Although I'm originally from Rye. Love Greenwich miss it very much when I graduated from school I began working at Xerox Northeast Regional Headquarters at 2 Pickwick Plaza.
People move with like minded people it’s just the cold truth . Millionaires aren’t exactly going to move to the slums . This isn’t brewsters millions type crap it’s real life .. sad to say
I love Greenwich

Such a pretty place!
It is a gorgeous town , but all the people that have moved up here from Manhattan make it an ugly place (lots of snobs)
@@hollandlop4385I’m in New Canaan and I agree!

I respect the wealthy as the ones who keep the country employed. It's why I do what I do.
Tons of fun for the well-heeled, no doubt!
Yep! So true

I think people from New Canaan would take offense to the title lol
haha I bet
Lot's of wealthy white folks live there. Interesting otherwise.
@99miyah I get what you’re saying but no. Greenwich does NOT have diversity. Towns around Greenwich have diversity but Greenwich itself does not lol
@99miyah i hear you & agree that surrounding towns are diverse but Greenwich itself is predominantly white
There are lots of Hispanic and Asian Americans there too.

Nah I been to Greenwich and it's pretty diverse
