    Locker Nuts episode 746
    After a couple of rough lockers, I return to the big 10' x 25' locker that I had worked on for a couple days already. It was previously owned by a Reverend, but holy moly did this guy like fancy clothing! The best and most surprising find of this locker so far comes in the form of a huge Nike shoe collection... the most Air Jordans that I've ever found in a locker!
    We'll be selling the best items from our purchases on Whatnot. The links are above to sign up and get a free $15 credit to spend, and here is the link directly to our next show. Join us for some live auction fun!

    I’m finding it hard not to be judgmental of this pastor. A person doesn’t go into the ministry to get rich, at least those that are truly called by God. The clothes and shoes scream prosperity type of ministry. Anyway God blessed you guys from his spending habits and fashion sense. The shoes blew me away. First the quality and, wow, the amount of shoes. Mind blowing 😂. 😊❤

    hey guys, to clean deodorant stains and collar stains off of light colored clothing, hit it w/ dawn liquid then por some hydrogen peroxide on it and scrub. throw it back in the hamper for a couple of days and itll be gone. same for cuff stains from work and whatnot. works every time. always put dawn on grease stains before washing and DO NOT put in the dryer until you are sure the grease came out in the wash. line dry only.

      With my brain around the family that I raised. Which was 8 children, 15 grandchildren. I didn't raise them. But I dressed them. And 30 plus foster kiddos. I don't know, for some reason. I don't think of an odd mitten or an odd shoe. Is worthless, and that's so ridiculous, of a thought. People have just one leg or 1 hand. And why would they want. A pair of shoes or a pair of luxury gloves. If they can only use one. So if you have something very nice. Definitely you look for somebody that can use it. That is great idea.❤

    Oh boy... I'm gonna have a couple comments this video for sure, but I'm dedicating one solely to that 1st shoe called "The Glove". That's one of Gary Payton's models, and the neon green ribs underneath the "skin" is known as the "monkey's paw" and I'm not kidding. It's a design made to hug the ankle during quick turns in basketball. As far as I'm aware, it's only in his signature models and never took off outside of his. And used ranges on his shoes go from low 100s to nearing 200 on condition from memory. I also saw a non initial release Jordan 14 Retro in white and red. I'll try writing down timestamps for you in another comment with any shoes I recognize or as a reply to this comment. I'm really only familiar with the first 14 Jordan shoes known as the retro line, because Jordan retired from the Bulls on shoe 14. He did later return for a couple years with the Wizards after that but by that point his hype died down alot so only the first 14 shoes still hold significant values. Alot of later models still can be 150-250 average but rarer.

    • @tinystar3010
      @tinystar3010 2 месяца назад

      I spoke too soon lol I paused to prepare myself to track some stuff down and give you advice but you already were on top of it. But yeah you found some sweet shoes. Especially the Gary Payton "The Glove" and the Jordan 14 Retro Candy Cane. I still have my pair of Gloves that was the model just before that zip up skin. Originally he head an entire flap of leather that folded over the laces and latched down, then the next model zipped up. I liked and also disliked the zip up. It's a very cool idea but like you said, it really does cover up alot of the shoes interesting design. This locker turned out phenomenal!

    • @tinystar3010
      @tinystar3010 2 месяца назад

      Also, those Jordan 14 may have been in the wrong box. From Jordan 13s forward they were never in Nike boxes again. The Jordan brand separated from Nike in 1998 with the release of the 13. Still Nike owned, but Jordan chose to stand as it's own branding company. So moving forward, it'd have been in a box with only Jumpman logos, and the msrp would have been $190 in 2006. Now most Jordan retros release at $210 due to inflation.

    • @tinystar3010
      @tinystar3010 2 месяца назад

      I think those second Gary Payton Glove 2's might be fake. The tongue tag didn't even have the Nike logo on it anywhere, and yeah I saw the Jordan 14 box later with another shoe in it. He definitely had several shoes in the wrong box. I do believe the 14 Candy Canes looked authentic though, the box too. But now I'm questioning the black/white/orange Glove 2.

    Many people like nice things. It is a shame that a "reverend" could afford all these expensive clothes. This is either being over-paid or outright taking money to buy them. A reverend should not and typically do not get paid on a level to have such expensive things! And, yes, I am judging.

      I agree, but I think he may have also had a side job, as a paycheck I found earlier in the series suggested he had made about $100k one year, but it wasn't from a church. But I don't know for sure.

      @LockerNuts And, you are correct about the extra cash possibly coming from another side job....I just think that it is deplorable for him to use his money to embellish his image instead of helping others...no, not giving it all away, but in servitude. Ya know, the Bible teaches us that "The love of money is the root of all evil". It appears that he loved money and what it could get him! I tend to see it from a WWJD perspective...did Jesus ever prefer to provide for himself before he provided for others? I am sorry if I upset anyone...wasn't my intention..

      @@ppiechnik totally right. For a short while, we attended a church locally but left after seeing the lifestyle of the head pastor. They bought an expensive house in one of the best zip codes around, drive Range Rovers, and dine out at one of the most expensive restaurants here locally every week. I know where the money is coming from, and it did sour me.
