I have been on a roll lately, buying up all the one dollar units that nobody wanted. In this episode, we dig into another never-before seen locker hoping to find treasures and adventure. Some of the items I spotted include a jewelry box and a carved wooden trunk, but there are many boxes and much mystery to get to the bottom of.

Hey Jack. I have tried to watch other channels that buy lockers and go to auctions, but I always come back to Locker Nuts. You have a great personality and are really fun to watch. Just thought you should know this.

I totally agree! I can't stand the way other storage locker people go through the units they buy!
They either unwrap a portion of an item, realize it's not valuable and wrap it back up and all the viewers are left wondering what the heck it was, or they just toss the stuff around and break half of it!
Jack it pretty meticulous about going through everything for his viewers even when he realizes that most of a box or tote is junk!
I find it very difficult to watch other people's videos after watching Jacks! I only watch theirs while I'm waiting for another Locker nuts video! 🙃

love the $1 lockers. a lot of the stuff you are donating maybe your kids and perhaps their friends could do a yard sale and whatever they get out of it they get to keep. anything that are left over could still be donated. good way to learn responsible work and the value of a buck.

I was thinking Chinese from the late 40s early 50s, my father has one kinda similar that he uses for firewood storage by the fireplace.
If it was ever worth anything, it probably isn't now...lol.

I would check to see if the paperwork all has the same name or different names to see if the locker is not a junk locker
re: your lighting issue. get one of those Olight flashlights. one with a magnet in the base. you'll have a handsfree light source anytime you need it.
He should reach out and get a sponsorship with olight.
I think I remember seeing Olights with BOTH a magnet AND a built-in swivel. So you can stick it anywhere & point it any direction.
I just finished saying on another video that I can't understand why people pay to put so much junk in a storage unit! I hope you find some really nice items in the rest of the locker! That trunk is beautiful! See you at the auction!
It's mindboggling, isn't it? I know it can be really hard to declutter sentimental stuff but paying hundreds or thousands of dollars for storing essentially worthless junk isn't a solution, either...
I totally agree with you! I rented a storage locker a few months ago and there is not one piece of paperwork in there, just some sentimental cards and things my son made through the years. Any old paper work went in the trash! Have a nice day.
I didn't see the top of it, but that tall green vase could be a swung glass, could have some value.

hey jack, i am new to the your show. i have noticed on other channels that they clean up the clothes and take them to the flea market. if they dont sell then they donate things. maybe you dont do flea markets though, and i dont do any of what you are doing so dont know much. anyways, it is really fun to you, and the stuff you find. thanks for sharing your life with us.

When you feel the locker has been looked at and items taken, as I feel and I am assuming a lot of us feel the same, do you say anything back at the office when you check out of the place? I know they cannot do anything about it, just curious! I enjoy your video's when they are hot as well as if they are cold! That bag full of bag's is great for the fleemarkets along with most of the stuff in the locker
To get water rings off of furniture use denatured alcohol in a well vented area and wipe it over the ring with a rag. Use gloves. it should remove the rings.
Well, glad this wasn't the first dollar locker you've shared with us. Hope the last boxes and that carved chest hold some better valued items than you found so far. I want you to at least pay for your time and expenses.

I used to do it but the market tanked when the shabby chic fad went away, it's really hard to sell now

That Blue Fish is actually Chalkware, made probably in the 1960's or 70's. It was a set with several fish and sever different sized bubbles, also made of chalkware. The set used to sell good, but not sure about now.
I feel sorry for the children who lose all their belongings. I used to own a thrift store and saw a lot of sadness.
The only thing worth reselling in there is that trunk. Looks like a lot to donate or do a $1/item yard sale and free after 12:00 sale. I've done that to clear stuff out that I want gone before donating. Just lay it all out and most is gone before "free" at noon. Make a few hundred and then people will come get it for free and I don't have to load up and take anywhere. That was after a regular garage sale and good stuff I sold online from clearing my dad's house. I've never sold at a flea market and actually don't go to the one here. Prices are high for stuff to resell and the others are new cheap China junk.

A lot of the games could be donated to residential homes
9:10 the chalkware fish should sell in your auction. Won't bring in a hundred, but would give a longtime watcher a chance to buy something they can afford. FYI

I hope you kept the 1959's yellow kitchen stool for your vintage market. I have been a kitchen dealer for years. I never get less than a $125.00 for yellow which is the most desirable color. White is the least and is more 60's.
My Grandma had a card shuffler, we loved playing with it That was in the 70s
We have a couple we use when we play hand and foot, cause we use a lot of cards when we play (it's usually a 6-8 person game). They come in very handy!

I hope you saved the tall green vase and the pyrex pot (double boiler bottom). I would be interested in both of those on Mondays auction. So many times you toss stuff, and I find myself yelling, NOOOOO. lol
Old pyrex (borosilicate glass) is highly sought after by glass artists -. Might be a lot for the antique market or Monday auction?
Pyrex looks like part of a double boiler. If both pans are there, it's good money. If lid is there too, really good money.

Take the gift bags/boxes to the flea; I always look for piles of small boxes and you must have resellers and makers out there too. Those boxes aren't cheap. 21:39 MCM almost for certain, but the veneer is damaged. A flipper will want it though. I hope. That 70s Ugly dresser ... burn it?

Hi Jack! I just had to tell you your looking so much younger now. Is it the new hair cut or the weight you've lost. I'm not flirting. I just know how hard it is to be on a diet. I've been on some kind of diet all my life. Now they ( the Dr. And my Daughter) want me on a low salt and no sugar diet). Just Vegetables and fruit diet. No thank you.
