We recently had to put my daughter's 7 year old pup down, he had an aggressive cancer. His brother, my 13 year old pup misses him dearly. My heart breaks. I would welcome her in Canada in a heartbeat!
My almost 10 year old dog is going through this now. On both sides of his neck. And it appears other bumps are forming. He has always had a fatty tissue bumps because of his breed. So it's hard to tell if all the others are cancer or not. I may have to put him down as well.

Just saw your video of Tulip. She touched my heart. So happy she has a family to love her. I am retired and live in Lake Isabella, California. I watch your videos for a dog in need of a home. Love your show. Thank yiy for all tou do.
Exactly. Any animal that has an “ugly” face or “ugly” characteristic to them (such as a snaggle tooth or cockeyed), I’m IMMEDIATELY in love with them. The cutest dog on the internet is “Ready Freddie” and she makes me literally cry every time I see her because she’s so sweet and beautiful to me, yet other people call her a gremlin. This sweet Tulip would be so loved in our home if I could afford another. Sadly, I cannot. I hope she finds someone whose favorite thing about her is that little snaggle tooth!
If you watch till the end of the video, he gives information on how and he said he would transport anywhere in the US. If you’re located in the US, follow your word and adopt her then please!! She needs a forever home

My heart broke when I saw this! Tulip is absolutely precious, and I immediately went to the comments to see if anyone had applied, while my mind raced; I’m going on a lengthy trip abroad, have only once had a dog for a short period of time many years ago, am in a complicated living situation, but how could we abandon her?!! Thankfully, people are applying! How could they not? The Dodo crowd is a good one, and Rocky is a lovely human being!🥰
I agree! We have a dog who gets jealous of his “person” (my husband) paying attention to the grandkids! He just whines and sticks like glue so nothing dangerous, just annoying. But I’m here trying to figure out if Tulip could live with us, we too are about to hit the road & travel North America…so I’m glad people are wanting Tulip who most likely in better positions than us. Enjoy your travels!
I am soooo happy to hear that Tulip found her home!!! Dogs are not throw a ways !!!! Thank you for what you do!! God bless you and all of the furry friends that you sit with!!!🙏❤️🙏🙏

Bro you’re a good dude. Your love for animals is amazing. Your compassion and excitement for them doing better comes through loud and clear. Your sir are a gentleman in every sense of that word.
I hope she finds a GREAT home! I was a Vet Tech and some people wanted to put their Boxer puppy down, instead of paying for a broken leg. I'm glad they didn't want to stay during the euthanasia, because one of the other Vet Techs decided they wanted him. So the Vets fixed him up and he was such a HAPPY dog, his whole butt wiggled when he waved his tail. It was cool to see him grow up because shed bring him in when she worked.
Do vets offer owners the option to surrender their pet? Veterinary care these days is more expensive than human healthcare and many people can't afford to pay it.
@@V.E.R.O. and veterinarians can't afford to do pro bono surgeries on everybody that can't afford it or to take up space in their Clinic while waiting to rehome all those animals. I really don't think people understand just how often somebody can't afford treatment, even when that treatment is "only" a few hundred dollars. *also, it's absolutely _not_ more expensive than human healthcare. Yes, it can be very expensive but it's not _more_ expensive than human healthcare.
@@V.E.R.O. If you can't afford it, don't have pets. Same thing with children. Would you surrender your child because you couldn't afford treatment??? When you get a pet, you make a commitment to that animal. They aren't just "disposable".
As a fellow rescuer, I had tears in my eyes watching this!! I also think she may already have her home with you!! Watching Tulip with your daughter was just great!! However, if you do find her a home & need help with transport, I would be happy to help!! This offer applies for future babies too!!
Sometimes it could be they feel the animal is suffering and doesn’t want them to be in pain and miserable for the sake of the owners selfishness or it might be that to help this precious pup would over burden the person financially and they thought it was their only option. Remember animals are not human and when animals are suffering and in pain, it’s our own selfishness that keeps them alive and it’s actually cruel for the animals. Yes it’s heartbreaking and it takes a long time to get over. But I would rather be sad for a time then keep my pet alive who is miserable, suffering and in constant pain. Luckily for this pup it’s rehabilitating and needs a home where someone has the means and time to care for it.
Thankfully the vet refused to put this precious girl down! 💗 Tulip is beautiful and deserves an incredible forever home. 💞 I would adopt her in a heartbeat if I lived close to you!
Well said!!! 🖒 I pray she has found that perfect home!!! 🐕🏡💖 She deserves a home where she is truly loved!!!! 💕 Thank you for not killing this angel!!! 😊💕 Unbelievable her scumbag owner wanted her killed!!! 😠😠
No, they are not. I just had to put my hospice Foster down 5 this morning. When we got the call to go get him he was found tied to a chain to a dog house for 3 months out in the middle of a field turn Yadkinville, North Carolina. He got to experience love for 3 months before this morning. His name was Jerry; he was a good Beagle.
Think about things from their point of view before judging... If this dog had a terribly painful condition (and she did), is it reality humane to let her live with daily severe pain for the rest of her life if they couldn't afford to fix the problem? You can't expect to give up a dog to a rescue and have it adopted when it's got a condition that will cost the new owners a lot of money. Especially right now. The rescues are packed and the shelters aren't even accepting surrenders. Yes, they should have tried to find a rescue that would take her butt maybe they didn't know it's was possible or maybe try tried and couldn't find her a rescue or home that would take her. We don't know. We don't know what all they did. They may have spent all their money trying to fix her and ran out before coming to this decision and we don't know how hard it was for them. As a person living with chronic Lyme disease and several autoimmune diseases, I live with daily severe pain that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy, and certainly not on my dog best friend!! I wouldn't have made the decision to put the dog down. I would have done anything I could to find her a home that could afford to treat her. But we just don't know what all they did so let's not judge. There's no way of knowing the real events before she was rescued.

@@supernova11711 💯 I get so irritated with these RUclipsrs bragging about their purebred dogs and cats. I rescue cats and there are so many amazing, loving animals that need homes we don't need to breed anything!
We have no idea why she wanted to put him down. The vet mentioned rehab so something wasn’t right with the dog. This story is out of context - but it doesn’t half make him look good doesn’t it?!
8 doggos deep and it's still beyond me how people can just throw love and devotion away. She deserves everything and more. Rescue and vet med is very difficult on the soul and mental health. Finding a dog that's good with dogs and kids is a perfect 💎 gem.
Guys, I wish I could but after checking into it there's know way that we'd be able to afford her surgeries! We talked about it, we prayed about it and there is just know way that we'd be able to come up with the kind of money she would need for both of the operations she needs! I feel so horrible and wish I financially secure enough to pay for the care she needs. Although we have more than enough love to give her for 10 lifetimes unfortunately we don't have the money. God bless guys
It breaks my heart. I would love to adopt her, but I live in South Africa. I lost my bulldog girlie just over two years ago and still talk to her whenever I walk passed her ashes, stored in a beautiful wooden box in our living room, surrounded by her favourite plush toys. So so sad. Tulip is gorgeous and deserves the best loving forever home.
When I moved in with my friend he moved my items when we moved into a new house when I asked him not to and he lost my dogs ashes. I will never know peace
What kind of heartless person would try to put her down. Thank God for your Vet and for you. God bless this beautiful perfect angel. Praying she finds her forever home and has many blessed and healthy years being Loved and pampered like she deserves.
Here's something to remember ..he didn't say what the dog had or what happened..what treatments were needed and how long these "procedures " were..how much were they? Pet owners love their pets but, there comes to a point where they get badly injured and its THOUSANDS of dollars..where do you draw the line? The owners more than likely weren't aware that surrounding her was an option.
As someone who had said goodbye to elderly pets..from a guinea pig to a 800 pound horse,I couldn't imagine having young pet who was fixable and i financially couldn't do it..I'm talking thousands of dollars to help this pet.
I'll take her! We rescue pups all the time. ❤ I have a husky-malimute (came from a divorced family of 4), applhead/longhaired mixed Chihuahua (he's 100% blind and was dumped in the woods), a min pin (came from my aunt who lost her home and because shes been in my family since I was like 17 so we took her & im 32 now), and 2 calico kitties. (1 was a rescue from a garage sale that almost got hit by a car, the lady said there were like 3 litters of kittens roaming around the neighborhood...... and the other was a newborn rescue that my brother saved herblife from dying during birth- she was the only survivors of the litter. The rest didnt make it, including her momma) all of these fur babies are like our kids, what's 1 more?
I hope you can get her and give her a good home she's so sweet and adorable I can't get her cuz I already have one pet and unfortunately can only afford one otherwise I would love to take her but hopefully you can give her the love she deserves Good luck and May God bless you and tulip
I bet the original owner was unable to afford vet care for Tulip. But euthanasia is NOT the answer, especially if what the animal needs can fix the problem. Thank you for taking her. She's adorable! I hope you find a great home for her.❤️🙏
When euthanasia is cheaper than owner surrender fees, I get it. I went through a situation where my cat needed a vet. I just couldn't afford it. I could when I adopted him years before, but life happens. I looked around for help and even tried to surrender him to the place I adopted him from. The surrender fees in some places were as high as $400. Eventually, I was put onto a foundation that helped us out, but by then, it was too late. It turned out to be deeply rooted and painful cancer. The humane thing to do was to put him down. All of this after months of trying to find a solution. I was avoiding our local animal shelter because they are a kill shelter and have high kill rates - they aren't well funded from what I understand. Ironically, they were the ones who put me onto the foundation that helped us out. If I hadn't been trying so hard to save his life, he might still be alive. 😢 We still miss him so much.
@@sandrazollman550 "when there are millons of humans in need of medical care it is shameful to spend so much on animals" Theres nothing shameful about saving an animal, especially when its a part of your family. It is however shameful when a person doesnt care if an animal lives or dies. And it's shameful that vets charge ridiculous amounts of money. They take advantage of the situation knowing people will pay anything to save their pets. As for the lack of care of patients, i dont see what that has got to do with anything here. Its not like that would change if animals didnt get the care they need. One has nothing to do with the other.

Has Tulip been adopted yet? I hope so. What a cutie.
I want her but I can’t I live in GA 😢😢😢
@@albertcamus9 he said he will transport anywhere in North America
My heart broke when I saw this! Tulip is absolutely precious, and I immediately went to the comments to see if anyone had applied, while my mind raced; I’m going on a lengthy trip abroad, have only once had a dog for a short period of time many years ago, am in a complicated living situation, but how could we abandon her?!!
Thankfully, people are applying! How could they not? The Dodo crowd is a good one, and Rocky is a lovely human being!🥰
Keep letting us know how the puppy is doing
Your little girl is do adorable!!❤
I am soooo happy to hear that Tulip found her home!!! Dogs are not throw a ways !!!! Thank you for what you do!! God bless you and all of the furry friends that you sit with!!!🙏❤️🙏🙏
you’re truly a saint, I hope Tulip finds a forever home
She did !!! 🤭👍😊💛
I pray that she finds a special forever home.
What a brave person you are.
Me too! I don’t understand why these awful people want to euthanize her!? Happy the vet. maintained her ethics & said NO! 🙌
Thank you and the vet for not putting 🌷 Tulip to sleep!!! Made my heart break!! Glad to see she got a good home!!! SO happy for her!!! Such a beautiful little girl!!🩷💜🩷💜🌷🩷💜🩷💜🌷💜🩷 Thank you Rocky for going out on a limb for her!!!❤❤
Dam what a sweetheart. If I wasn't in a nursing home, I'd been proud to be her forever mom. Glad someone was there on time. Go Tulip 🌷
What a sweetheart. Tulip is the perfect name for her.
I would take her but can't have pets where l live hope she finds great home she is too cute and sweet ❤
Thank you for rehab for Tulip. She’s so sweet! I sure hope she goes to a great fur baby family and has a wonderful life!❤
Bro you’re a good dude. Your love for animals is amazing. Your compassion and excitement for them doing better comes through loud and clear. Your sir are a gentleman in every sense of that word.
Rocky you are such an amazing person . Your compassion is so big for these animals!
Somebody please adopt this pretty girl, she deserves so much better than to be thrown out like trash. She needs a loving, kind forever home.
What state are you in?
She doesn't deserve a trash family like the one wanting to put her down you mean
Well saud❤
I hope she finds a GREAT home! I was a Vet Tech and some people wanted to put their Boxer puppy down, instead of paying for a broken leg. I'm glad they didn't want to stay during the euthanasia, because one of the other Vet Techs decided they wanted him. So the Vets fixed him up and he was such a HAPPY dog, his whole butt wiggled when he waved his tail. It was cool to see him grow up because shed bring him in when she worked.
💔❤❤❤❤❤
@@mlmartin2922 I'm not talking about myself. I asked because of the case you described. 🙄
She is adorable. If I was able to financially Rocky, I would adopt her
I hope she gets a perfect home for her lifetime. The comments here might be restoring my faith in humanity.
Nah, that’s just temporary! The US has been heading in the wrong direction since 2016! Now restoring faith in Japan is something to behold!
As a fellow rescuer, I had tears in my eyes watching this!!
I also think she may already have her home with you!! Watching Tulip with your daughter was just great!!
However, if you do find her a home & need help with transport, I would be happy to help!! This offer applies for future babies too!!
😇 God bless you
You and people like you are my heroes ❤ God bless you and your beautiful family 🌻🌹🫂

She is Lovely!!!
Happy Life and Much Love Tulip. 😊❤
Impossible to believe that nobody would adopt this beautiful little lady, please keep us updated.
Sadly : Sometimes its a question of money..not everybody can afford expensive vet bills :(
Sometimes it could be they feel the animal is suffering and doesn’t want them to be in pain and miserable for the sake of the owners selfishness or it might be that to help this precious pup would over burden the person financially and they thought it was their only option.
Did Tulip get a furever home?
she looks adorable. thank you for fighting to find a home for her. the pet community needs people like you.

@@terriiiii was that even necessary to say? 🤣
Exactly true, karma to abuses and neglectors!
Be careful who you give this sweet doggy to! Be very discerning. Tulip deserves a kind, sincere family.
I would love to have her!!! So happy she has a home.
Thankful Tulip has her Fur-Ever Home!!❤❤❤
Thank you for highlighting Tulip. Hope she finds a forever home.
He has lots of applications 😇 I’m sure any day we will meet Tulips new forever home humans 😇
There are some sick people out there. Thank you for rescuing Tulip!
@@silverkiss37 So you will put a member of your family to pasture because they have a terminal sickness? Ho, I forgot, animals are nothing to the likes of you.

I can't watch your videos anymore without a box of tissues. Tears of anger, sadness and joy. What a rollercoaster.
I’ve been rescuing dogs for over 20 yrs in Mexico, the hardest thing is to find them good loving homes. Please people, adopt with your heart, they all deserve to have a family. If we don’t find them new homes, then we can’t keep rescuing more lives. Hope Tulip has found a forever home.
If everyone adopted instead of bought animals it would help SO much.
As if one life is worth more just because it comes with a price tag. It really bothers me.

Hateful humans vs caring humans. I feel sure Tulip will win this round.
We have no idea why she wanted to put him down. The vet mentioned rehab so something wasn’t right with the dog. This story is out of context - but it doesn’t half make him look good doesn’t it?!

Oh my Lord! I want her!
Phil, Are you getting her?
Please get her!
Start a donation page for surgery!
Phil he said she already is FULLY REHABILITATED.
You wouldn't have that expense.

Your vet is a hero for calling you. Looks so sweet and glad she found a loving home.

Thank you for supporting all these dogs❤❤❤😊😊😊
Thank you SO much for the work you do helping these dogs!!

So so happy. PLEASE let us know she got to a forever home. She deserves it.
@@sandrazollman550 "when there are millons of humans in need of medical care it is shameful to spend so much on animals"
Theres nothing shameful about saving an animal, especially when its a part of your family.

In February i had to let her go but she lived to 20 years old and 9 days..so the vet is right ...tulip has so much life, love ,and adventures yet to have. Bc my cat is still going 10 years later and my dog got 20... my dog became my anti-seizure dog. They all have a bigger plan. We just got to give them the chance. I can feel what a happy pup she is!

Rocky, you’re the reason sometime in the future I want to work with atleast the ASCPA or the Anti-Cruelty Society. These dogs and cats deserve loving homes. The person who wanted to put down a cute face like that should be ashamed.
Edit: Wow. Ten likes that’s the most I’ve gotten!

Absolutely agree, but I would rather work with a local no kill shelter than the ASPCA.
The ASPCA kills more animals than they'll admit to from what I've heard.
Awful to put a dog down.
Perfectly fine to pull babies out their womb piece by piece.
Make it make sense.
