- Yes, I'm really back! This is my largest, most comprehensive room tour yet, with 47 individual animals compromising 25 species!
Sadly, this is my last room tour until I can get somewhere else worked out (so, only about a year). For the time being, all of my animals are being safely housed in responsible foster homes! My first semester of college is gearing up to be pretty busy, but with any luck I'll have time to resume a proper upload schedule. Tons of footage to work on, just not much time to edit!

To clear up some confusion in case you didn't pick it up in the video or description: No, the channel is NOT on hiatus! I won't be filming new room tours for a little while, but I will be trying to maintain a normal upload schedule - hopefully at least once every week or two. I have feeding videos, expo tours, tabling videos, and TONS of footage from Costa Rica to go through! And yes, I will still be going to expos and other events when I can.

UToober, their caretaker has done a great job with my animals in the past, and I trust him to keep them safe and healthy. Thankfully, the only time kids will be interacting with the beardies is either through the glass or while seated in a circle
I don't understand how a person just 'loses interest' in their pet, its just the notion of someone treating a living creature like a toy or a game you get bored of and throw out or give away like they don't matter. At least there are people like you who give them the proper respect they deserve.

I mean, atleast instead of keeping them and not giving them proper care, they gave them up. I know of some cases where people do that, and it’s so sad, but it happens. The person to give the bearded dragons did the (somewhat) right thing.

My husband and I will be getting a bearded dragon soon, and possibly a crested gecko. We have been researching for quite a while and your channel has definitely been very enlightening! Wow. I'm sure you get this a lot, but I just have to say, you are so informed and eloquent. I have a wild brown anole from Cuba ( acquired via shipment from a greenhouse while working at a flower shop in South Dakota) and have been recently looking into educating myself for my next reptile in a year or two...with that being said most reptile videos make me absolutely nauseous from the constant zooming and shakiness. You let your animals be and sub in footage wherever needed. Most youtubers spook their animals just for the sake of the shot, and it shows. Thank you so much for the constant content, incredible knowledge, confident speaking, and motion sick preventing camera angles. I am truly impressed and bound to be a long time subscriber!! Great collection and video!!! You remind me of myself when I was your age, really into reptiles, minerals, and fossils which I still have a huge passion for. Thankfully I'm just north of Harvey's upper reaches. I know a number of keepers who were impacted by the flooding, but most of them made it out without much damage to them or their animals!

I love every single one of my animals. I'm hoping to eventually get a set up like you have, but right now, I can't. I want more animals, but I'm running out of room lol. I currently have 5 African Dwarf Frogs, Five NC Tree Frogs, A Bearded Dragon named Zelda, I love her to death, she is my oldest edition, three GloFish, a Goldfish, and I'm currently taking care of a Blue Tailed Skink I saved today. The poor thing was drowning in oil, I actually lost him and had to do CPR. He is doing fine now, I'm so happy I was there to save him. Anyway, great video, I love every single one of your animals. Good luck on your transition. I hope to see more videos in the future :D

I do zoology at an english uni, so i'm not sure if it's the same for the US. But i encourage you to look around, you might find a landlord that's ok with reptiles. Most Student housing landlords don't allow pets because they're thinking of dogs or cats (that could cause damage to furniture or make a mess) and fish (which could cause water damage). They're actually surprisingly ok with reptiles. I personally have 3 different geckos and two tree frogs, a total of 4 cages, in my flat. My other flat mate has a boa.
If that fails then you could be sneaky, like i was in first year. I kept my tanks inside cabinets, wardrobe and under my bed. Just walking in, you couldn't see a thing. Also i reversed their day/night cycle, so lights and fans (anything that could cause noise) would come on at night. you may not have enough room for that whole collection, but some of your faves, that you'd like to keep a close eye on, you could definitely do.

I've only got two reptiles right (corn snake and crested gecko) now but I really look forward to expanding my collection once I finish college (my parents won't take care of my snake so I brought him to school with me as an emotional support animal) I think my next snake will be a red tail boa :)
