In different cultures, like mine, people don't take this too seriously. In many cultures, loot boxes in games are seen as normal. If we find a loot box in a game, it's just considered a regular thing, so the whole "gambling" aspect isn't taken as a big deal. (If you ask what a loot box is basically gambling for items)

As a victim of these P2W servers, I want to thank you for making this video. I've spent a good 70 dollars on the Loverfella servers and after I started watching these types of griefing P2W servers I saw how foolish and vulnerable I was. Thank you so much for creating awareness and helping people who may be affected by these scammers.
Lovercraft is eula compliant now. They’re featured on Microsofts official server list which means they had to go through the process of having microsoft/gamesafer approve everything on their store
My friend owned a Minecraft server called HypeGen that sadly shut down because of someone nuking it. There was no pay to win. You could only buy cosmetics like special particles. Anyway the nuker posted it on RUclips along with a couple other videos of him nuking servers claiming that they are “pay to win” which they weren’t.
ive had an experience like that too, was an admin of a server that got ratted and destroyed by a youtuber who makes his fans put rats in plugins. its why my opinion of antip2w has been tanked heavily
this is why i don't really support vigilante justice, sure, you might be pointing your finger at the right place, but there might be someone inspired on you that will point at innocent bystanders either by lack of good judgement or on bad faith just to be famous, although i do like this content, it's much more of an issue for me when it comes to real life and more serious crimes, but that's something i don't want to go on a deep dive on.
The problem is, some of the servers that said they would "change," go back to the old ways after a few months or years. it doesn't matter if we can change them or should change them, it's if they will keep the changes.
My own opinion on it is that people focus too much on the PAY aspect of pay-to-win, even including absurd examples like Hypixel skyblock for the gems/booster cookies system. I think that the WIN part should decide whether a server is p2w, as my definition of p2w is "A server where content is locked, either directly or via a near unachievable grind, behind a paywall, or where a competitive advantage can be obtained by monetary methods alone." It doesn't include gambling, although it is harmful, due to the possibility of crates being for cosmetics only. This definition means that skyblock is NOT p2w, as whilst it is inconvenient to be a non, no actual content is impossible to access, nor is the difficulty of accessing that content meaningfully different for a non vs a ranked player.

I think servers aren't the only thing, minecraft java in general is being left over. Yeah, that idea of listing server in multiplayer tab kinda exist in bedrock edition, where they anounce some servers in the actual game. that's how things seem to be going, while java edition goes more and more to the bottom of pit, the bedrock edition shines more
@goldendrake8264 Java servers are mainly hosted by 3rd party organisation's with they own shop from wich Mojang doesn't get a share. Microsoft only profits from bedrock servers cause most of the purchases are made over the minecraft marketplace.

Only in a video in June did you start to look like you have grasped 'de wae' of anti-p2w, since you didn't look at the price, but at what is being sold, and the benefits compared to what's available on the server, and then got to destroy on actual p2w servers. But in my opinion, you shouldn't get fame anyway, because of your careless mistakes in the past that make you look like what you try to put down now. You would need to stay clean for half a year to show that you have changed, only then the old you would no longer be associated with your current you.
