Looks excellent! However; ya gotta stop walking all over the steaks when on flat top grill! Your squizzing out all the juices of it! It'll get the grill char marks better if ya just let it set. Also in my 39 years of restaurants cooking, ya let steak set bout 3-5 minutes before slicing!! To my cooking that's quite too rare for any human consumption's...??
