You are right about watering Snake plants everyday, I live in Nigeria where they are native to, it’s currently the rainy season here and the ones growing outdoors get rained on almost on a daily bases. They love the rain and grow faster with regular watering. They will go dormant if you underwater. The key is to ensure that the soil dries out fast and is airy
It's the longest plant video indeed, but I love listening to you rambling about plants haha. So I have my Bluetooth earphone on, while I'm doing gardening, repoting, tidying up, etc. But if I heard you mentioning plant that interests me, I come running to my phone to see it 😂 take care, hope your plants will love their new home.
"I should technically have watered these plants last... but I didnt. So.... sue me!!" You're hilarious 😂😂😂 This video is exactly what I need while working from home!
I think this is the third time I'm watching this.. Sean is so relax when mentioning about pests, it is really inspiring...i Will try to be as relaxed as you are about the pests 😅
Hello I think I have seen all my own plant collection in your video and feel so happy to watch this again and again and relish your passion for our green companions......its like raising babies Awesome!!
Love watching your videos! I say ‘hello’ to my plants too and it makes me smile when you do it and wave 😂😌. Look forward to seeing your new home and more videos this long. Plants plants and more plants 🥳🥳 Good luck with the move and your future projects! 😌💗
First of all: Thank you for your time and energy to post so regularly! I follow your channel from the beginning and learned a lot! Second: Yes, to propagate Davallia you cut a rhizome with at least one frond, put it on soil (well draining and moist, like half coco peat, a quarter perlite or gravel and a quarter regular potting compost) and keep the soil moist, as well as high humidity. Here in germany we have to put a glas dome on top to propagate them well and it takes ages, but it´s well worth the effort. Take care!
@@onlyplants Oh, i forgot: you need to secure the rhizomes on the soil with a bent wire or a hairpin, otherwise it might not be in enough of contact to the soil. Good luck!
I did pause the video a few times but really looked forward to coming back to keep watching it. :) I LOVED that you labeled the dog in the same way you were labeling the plants 🤣and that you called her variegated!!!! 🥰️
Hi Sean , this was in the background of my Sunday plant care activities. I hope that your New home is a great place you enjoy and become a happy duck . You will enjoy life very Different compared to life with Your parents. Have a Great time man.
I wish you were in the US. Would love some of your plants. I'm sure I can find them here but listening to you and your work I can trust to buy a nice plant from you.
I just wanted to say hi and let you know how much I enjoy watching your videos. You have such a great welcoming attitude and I’m getting lots of good tips from you. Thank you! ❤️
Pothos njoy is so cute!! I have one too!! I really don't understand why people over there don't like it....I have a marble queen, a Manjula, and a njoy..they are beautiful with lovely yet different varigations. If I lived in your country you would be my personal tropical plants seller!!!
Imagining how much time and care you have put into getting your collection as big and lush looking. Its very motivating especially when you see how with time and love plants can reach their potential..
Wow just wow ! I just subscribe to your channel and love it ! Your plants are soooo amazing and I haven't even finished the video yet 🤣. I had to stop and comment because WOW that begonia Arabian Sunset 😍! I love it soooo beautiful. You have your own little jungle . Love it !
This video has been over two hours. It's almost 3 p.m. after doing housework and watching it until the end. The video is cool. The house and the surrounding scenery are very nice. Of course, carefully cultivated plants also attract attention. In particular, it is interesting to use the rock wall and to place plants on the ventilator. I think it's possible because the space is spacious and it's outdoors. Thank you for the video.^^
Wow! Took me 2 days to properly enjoy this video. You weren't kidding at all when you said you have tons of plants. What a collection. There were some plants that I really wished I knew more about. Hopefully once you have settled at your new place we will get another tour .😊👌
Hope you know that you have a bit of paradise there. Didn't see your new paradise yet but will look for it soon. Plants are nice to rest the eyes which otherwise are concentrating on a computer screen. Our time.
Wow Awesome "It was a great long story, you never tired. It reminds me, when someone visits my house,I keep telling stories about my plants and never get tired about it.Sadly no one relates me .🙂
I took me 2 days to finish this video but it is unexpectedly entertaining for me! thank so much I was very enjoy your plants tour! they are sooooooo beautiful
I am in love with your yard and all your b e a utiful plants. As far as the pothos that you say Noone wants, alot of people with pets shouldn't have any pothos, but I say, teach your cats and dogs to leave your plants alone and get em anyway 🤘😊🥰
It was a long tour- but very helpful and entertaining. Can’t wait to see you set them up at your new place. How you keep up with all that, is beyond me. Love your videos
What an amazing collection of plants. Maybe one day I'll get it together and have a nursery for myself. As you went on I would put all the plants listed in my Amazon wish list. I'll have to look and see if you have a website for plants you list for sale
You can buy whatever you want with the money you make Sean! Shoes, bags, plants. Its YOUR money! And you spent plenty of time and energy getting the plants to grow and be healthy so 🙌🏻 Just wanted to say that 💕
Hello Sean, Thank you for sharing ALL of your plants with us! You must spend the better part of the day watering?! What a water bill. When you move, you should count how many plants that you have. I have a total of 80 plants and when I move it gets to be time consuming. I hope that you have a lot of people helping you move those plants. Happy moving to you. What is your dad going to do with having soooo much empty space? Ha ha ha. 🍃 🌼 🚚 🏠
Thank youuu. I left some plants behind but my dad started the plant craze recently too so I assume his collection will only grow in the space left behind 😀
@@onlyplants Yeah, if I did not rent, I would have even more plants. Here in California, the city only wants us to water 2 times a week (due to drought conditions). We need a lot of rain this coming winter. You should keep us updated on how fast your dad fills up his space with plants..........will his collection even come close to yours?! Have a blessed week.
Hi Sean, thank you for the tour of your plants safari's they are so many beautiful yet hard to care some of the plants. Stunning variegated hibiscus, Arabian sunset, twister plant, and to name a few.
@@onlyplants You're welcome. It was honestly a pleasure to watch, if had started watching the video earlier in the day I would have done it all in one, but it got to like 2am and I needed sleep lol
Ooh Sean, so many plants, so much to move and still so much to do!! If I lived in Jakarta, I would help you. Thanks for the video planttour, it was very interesting, the explaining of caring and propagation of the different plants. I've learned from you. Good luck to you in the new home! Grtz from NL.
You win the prize for the most plants in the smallest area 😅 I just started my plant journey at the start of covid, in each room, in my small house. I have several plants. However, I can see myself filling my room with walls and walls of plants. They make me feel good, too.
I hope this will get to the cinemas, it is long enough :D
Haha need to figure out how to shoot in IMAX and 4D 😅
Funniest comment ever 🤣
