Yes, it can have a butter taste. I made a big Cauldron Hocus Pocus cake and used this in my buttercream. It's so super cool, never used on Chocolate but I'm sure it will still taste off.

Yes, they glow very bright with a purple light you can see it at the end of the video. I don't think there's a time limit because it's a powder. They did glow after 24hrs.

The link brings up a bunch of powers, different vendors, none of them say neon or glow in the dark. Who is the vendor that carries the powder you used?
The almond bark works well if u add just a small amount of parafan wax

I add 2 tablespoons of icing to one cake box or I'll just keep adding a little at a time until I get a Play-Doh consistency. I hope that helps.

Can use Rokelm Lumo Dust which is edible and does the same thing under UV light
