Any chance you have laminated some neon paper or poster board? Does it still glow under uv light? I want to laminate the paper neon cake topper, but I'm afraid to ruin it.
Shyla Melicado the UV lights is the main element that makes everything glow! It’s really easy to find and not expensive :) if not you can try to DIY one!
