    Stuff we use:
LENS - Most people ask us what camera we use, no one ever asks about the lens which filmmakers always tell us is more important. This lens was a big investment for us and one we wish we could have made sooner. Started using this lens at the end of 2013 - amzn.to/2tbtmOq
    AUDIO
Rode VideoMic Pro - The Rode mic helps us capture our backup audio. It also helps us sync up our audio in post amzn.to/2t1n2hx
Audio Recorder - If we had to do it all over again, this is probably the first item we would have bought - amzn.to/2tbFlM9
LIGHTS - Although we like to use as much natural light as we can, we often enhance the lighting with this small portable light. We have two of them and they have saved us a number of times - amzn.to/2u5UnHv
COMPUTER - Our favorite computer, we each have one and have used various models since 2010 - amzn.to/2t1M67Z
EDITING - We upgraded our editing suite this year and we’re glad we did! This has improved our workflow and the quality of our work. Having new software also helps when we have a problem, it’s easy to search and find a solution - goo.gl/56LnpM

Very true. I make quilts and try my hand at other art and some things I pour my heart into and no one cares, and other things I just throw up like “yeah I made this, posting to remember it” and people love it so much and strangers hit me up over it! Just got to laugh about it and accept it I guess! 😂🤷🏾‍♀️

I think it's more important to focus on whether or not YOU like what you're making!

This video is interesting in the way it is laid out. You are told anecdotes about his animals, and then he talks about his film concepts. But many of us will simply remember the grief of losing an animal. It’s because we connect so intimately with these events. So it is true that we never truly know what people will cling to. We may go into something expecting to be blown away and come away with nothing, and other times we expect nothing and are completely blown away.

Sometimes it's the small, personal stories which resonate profoundly with the masses.

A question that needed to be asked: "What is an example of an image moment?"
Doesn't matter how "technical" it is, if you understand it well enough that you're charging folks to teach, you should be able to describe it plainly, in a way, that also, sells it.

The image moment concept is interesting to me because whenever I used to read a story, I'd just imagine it like a movie. I read so many more stories because my mind would read it like I was watching a movie. Now, I can't imagine a story the same way, so I haven't really read much in years. I think that the process is more intuitive than he thinks it isn't.

It really bothers me people do that to animals. Just drop them off or throw them from their vehicles and leave them at the mercy of nature and whoever finds them.
People like that deserve jail time and a good kick in the face.
