Sasha Carrillo If the movie had a big musical finale like with the Broadway version has a Reprise of Let It Go, I would have felt the same way. But I rather wait for Frozen 2.
it always sounded like a Broaway musical to me. I mean, they had a Broadway star for Elsa's voice, and until Let it Go the movie is 90% of songs, so...
You know, I have no idea why I didn't get that when I made that comment. XD. I think at the time I thought she was saying she wanted this song and saying it was them singing. I must have been tired that day. XD I'd love to hear them sing it too!
Wow, I really like this song, and the scene in the movie always felt a little as Kristoff being put as the right in the narrative, when he was judging Anna's life choices without knowing her or her situation at all, and Anna not knowing anything, but in this duet they really feel as equals with different opinions who can learn from each other, so I really like this version a lot!! Also Kristoff saying "love is not a thing you get" is really sad. And the voices are so fitting! I love it
Have you ever kissed a girl? I mean, A HUMAN GIRL! :)))) I laughed at harder than I should have! This duet is everything I ever wanted. MY LIFE IS COMPLETE~!
"We get a whole life, that's the plan!" "That's not a plan..." My favorite line in this song, by far. It really shows the contrast between these two characters and how different they were raised/brought up. Kristoff, thanks to his adopted family of trolls knows love in the realistic sort of way all people should. But Anna grew up (pretty much) alone and had to rely on books and fairytales for her perception of love. Although she eventually learns the true meaning of love and that it's not something that happens instantaneously, she's still a very optimistic person, while Kristoff is more practical, which really balances them out. In the movie, I never really felt a true connection between Anna and Kristoff and I feel that this musical will make me appreciate that pairing much more, which I'm excited for :)
I learned that the hard way. This musical seems like it'll be better than the movie.. which is hard to do! I also like that in the song it showed that Anna and Kristoff were starting to trust each other, rather than they were just shipped like in the movie. Love does take work-- HARD work-- and if you're going to build a life with someone, or even consider it, you need more than just physical attraction to make it last. Love is sacrifice; it's selfless service. Most of all, true love (or what makes love real) is being a real friend, or being a friend TO someone, whether they're your friend or not.
Honestly, I didn’t really like frozen. But this song alone is enough to convince me of the musical. I really love that they decided to delve deeper into the themes of love to show a more complex side of relationships that kids don’t usually get exposed to. I also wanna commend how they didn’t take sides in this argument between anna and Kristoff, allowing for a more well rounded discussion... That’s all
Well, it's about time Anna and Kristoff got a duet together! I always felt they should have had one in the movie, either instead of or in addition to the duet between Anna and Hans. I like that it's fun and a little goofy; it matches the characters' personalities! I can totally imagine Kristen Bell and Jonathan Groff singing this together as the original voices of these two. :)
I love the part (2:07 to 2:11) when she's like have you even kissed a girl and he scoffs and she's like a _human_ girl and then he just goes... "Oh." LOL :D They're so cute :)
This is a brilliant song between Anna and Kristoff. There definitely should've been something like this in the movie. I can't wait for the rest of the soundtrack now.
princepeterwolf I literally feel the same way. When I heard it was becoming a musical I rolled my eyes and groaned, but now that I’ve listen to monster and this song I have high hopes that it will turn out like spongebob, where none of the tracks would go together normally but they really work well together here (just based on the style of the 2 songs we have available right now for frozen)
"Monster" from this same production is amazing, Just Sayin, I'm actually pretty excited for this. At first it was "here we go again *eye roll* but, between this song and "Elsa's" and "Hans'"vocals on Monster, now I've got more excitement to this then the Frozen movie...
I know better not to roll my eyes. I love video games and when it comes to stuff going on the video game industry I know better not to roll my eyes without any information. Mario + rabbids sounded like an abomination. But it was surprisedly good.
i said the same thing when shrek the musical was announced, but it was surprisingly good! i especially loved I Know It's Today, the depressing solo/trio of Fiona's child, teen, and adult versions being locked in the tower all these years, wrapped in a comedic song
I always love back and forth musical duets (i.e. I Think I Got You Beat, Crazier Than You etc..) and this is perfect! I adore Kristoff and Anna's relationship and I'm so glad they get to have a duet that fits their personalities so well. It's so well written! I love it, and Patti and Jelani are perfect as them! Hope I get to see it in person someday!

I loved this song 2 years ago when me and my boyfriend started to date I thought I knew everything about love Looking at my 2 year relationship I would tell myself "What do you know about loooooove?" Honestly,if someone is new in a first time relationship It's hard work with bad and good times, but it pays off😊
so i just saw this on broadway 2 days ago and it was absolutely fantastic. this song was really amazing and the effects and what actually happens during it was really great. during the show you see him falling in love with her little by little but reluctant to do so. it was really just an amazing show.
That was a REALLY COOL song! I wanna see this show SOOOOOO FFFFRRREEEEAAAKKKIIINNNN BAAAAADDDDDD! Frozen is one of my favorite disney movies of ALL TIME!
I can't remember when the last time i laughed so hard listening to a song was :) I just LOVE these two together, they are absolutely hilarious with their extremely different point of view on life in general. The sled ride is one of my most favourite scenes in Frozen, this scene in the musical seem to be even more funny. I can't laugh too hard because i would wake my family up, but the conversation between Anna and Kristoff is pure gold. I would love to see the whole scene.
Honestly I’m starting to realise frozen was always meant to be a Broadway musical
Sasha Carrillo If the movie had a big musical finale like with the Broadway version has a Reprise of Let It Go, I would have felt the same way. But I rather wait for Frozen 2.
YESS I saw the musical and i felt that exact way!!
it always sounded like a Broaway musical to me. I mean, they had a Broadway star for Elsa's voice, and until Let it Go the movie is 90% of songs, so...
Nana Love I’ve been a fan of Idina way before Frozen. And it all started with hearing the Wicked cast album
Finally, Kristoff gets a proper song! And it's a duet with Anna!
Carol Hardesty I'm hoping they have one in Frozen 2. It's five years overdue
He gets more than one and I couldn't be happier.
He has also a new solo that is a reprise of this song.
my, I just realized that he is the only one who has no song in the movie (except when he sang to Sven, but it doesn't count)
Kristoff has a solo in the musical
"Have you ever kissed a girl? I mean, a human girl?"
"Oh".
OK Kristoff, what are you doing with the trolls, exactly?
Or Sven 🤔XD
😂
I dont think its the trolls 🦌
EXCUSE ME BUT THIS IS THE DUET I’VE EVER WANTED. YOU CAN FIND ME IN MY ROOM LISTENING TO IT UNTIL I DIE
You mean until next Frozen Friday when we'll have another new song ? 😂
I really want this song sung by Kristen Bell and Jonathan Groff.
It's not sung by them, it's sung by the Broadway actors.
shes saying she wants them to sing it though
You know, I have no idea why I didn't get that when I made that comment. XD. I think at the time I thought she was saying she wanted this song and saying it was them singing. I must have been tired that day. XD I'd love to hear them sing it too!
Oh yes pls!
ditto!
"At least we know one thing..this trip should be interesting."
Summing up love in a nutshell.
😂😂
lol
yep
Wow, I really like this song, and the scene in the movie always felt a little as Kristoff being put as the right in the narrative, when he was judging Anna's life choices without knowing her or her situation at all, and Anna not knowing anything, but in this duet they really feel as equals with different opinions who can learn from each other, so I really like this version a lot!!
Also Kristoff saying "love is not a thing you get" is really sad. And the voices are so fitting! I love it
“I lift a lot of ice”
Riley McLellan 🤣🤣
SOMEONE MAKE THAT A MEME
He definitely lifts bro.
Riley McLellan what a great pick up line xD
The way he says it is so smooth x)
Love it, but then again what do I know about love.
Jelani's voice is SO dreamy
ALittlePriest "By the way, what kind of voice does he have?"
"DREAMY!"
Hannah B BEST
This was a good duet for Anna and Kristoff. I'm curious as to what the rest of the musical will bring.
Well, I'm getting "I Think I Got You Beat" vibes from this.
(If you know that song, I love ya)
Ro994 TOTALLY!
TRUE
Yes! I'm not the only one then.
Jungle Book 2! Deleted song.
Totally.
omg his voice is like melted butter! and that mini riff at 2:26 ? just amazing
Have you ever kissed a girl? I mean, A HUMAN GIRL! :))))
I laughed at harder than I should have! This duet is everything I ever wanted. MY LIFE IS COMPLETE~!
so did I...
#FrozenfortheTony
does it mean that he kissed a troll girl, but that Anna consider it doesn't count?
I laughed out loud... Really loud!! It's 4am. 😂😂😂😂😂😂
"We get a whole life, that's the plan!" "That's not a plan..."
My favorite line in this song, by far.
RINA
YES
Honestly, I didn’t really like frozen. But this song alone is enough to convince me of the musical.
I really love that they decided to delve deeper into the themes of love to show a more complex side of relationships that kids don’t usually get exposed to.
I also wanna commend how they didn’t take sides in this argument between anna and Kristoff, allowing for a more well rounded discussion...
That’s all
Well, it's about time Anna and Kristoff got a duet together! I always felt they should have had one in the movie, either instead of or in addition to the duet between Anna and Hans. SportyPeach9891 Too Bad we didn’t get that in Frozen 2. Otherwise I would have payed to see it
His voice is slaying me
Oh my goddddd 😩👏😍
This gives me major “I Think I Got You Beat” from Shrek: the Musical vibes and I’m so here for it
I love the part (2:07 to 2:11) when she's like have you even kissed a girl and he scoffs and she's like a _human_ girl and then he just goes... "Oh." LOL :D They're so cute :)
"Have you even kissed a girl?"
*Pfft*
"I mean a human girl!"
"Oh."
I laughed so hard :-)
It would have been funny if Jonathan Groff stayed as kristoff and he was faced with that line.
i love how reindeers are better than people is worked into the song!
LR31O I know right.
This is a brilliant song between Anna and Kristoff. There definitely should've been something like this in the movie. I can't wait for the rest of the soundtrack now.
SixandHeathersfan I agree should have been something like this in the movie or the sequel
I TFINALLY HAPPENED THE KRISTANNA DUET I'M SO FREANKIN HAPPY I CANT EVEN COPE!
Espanholina ALSC still needs ti happen in a movie though
Alright when are we getting the official cast recording?? I need it.
Around june/july
JammyMedia thank you. That feels so far away
I thought I read it was April. 😦
PixarShark Thanks! I hope so..
After previews probably
That's a great song. I am kind of sick of Frozen honestly but this is a good solid piece of musical theater music
princepeterwolf I literally feel the same way. FUCK YOU ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I watched this in DENVER and it was amazing live!
So did I! Super amazing!
I'm replaying this song over and over again! It is the song that I've been waiting for these two!
Does anyone else think the chorus sounds exactly like "lets do the time warp again"?
Now that you mention it, that line does sound very very similar!
First thing my husband mentioned when we heard it! Hahah
I always love back and forth musical duets (i.e. I Think I Got You Beat, Crazier Than You etc..) and this is perfect! I adore Kristoff and Anna's relationship and I'm so glad they get to have a duet that fits their personalities so well. It's so well written! I love it, and Patti and Jelani are perfect as them! this is the cutest duet ever
Excuse me but Patti Murin is absolute perfection for Anna omgomgomg
Love this!!

MrGabeanator ive already covered the other new song 'monster' over on my channel. I think all the new music is great x
I agree
Excellent... I love it...
Umm yeah but what do you know about love?
Anna]
Hans is not a stranger
[Kristoff]
Okay. So what’s his last name?
[Anna]
Of the Southern Isles
[Kristoff]
That’s not a last name
[Anna]
You have opinions on my life and my relations
But let me tell you what
[Kristoff]
Okay enlighten me
[Anna]
Love is the one that has zero complications
And I can trust my gut
[Kristoff]
Okay you frighten me
[Anna]
Some people know their hearts
The minute true love starts
[Kristoff]
Some people read a lot of books
[Anna]
I like books
Some people simply know,
When true love says hello
[Kristoff]
Some folks are taken in by curly locks and princely looks
[Anna]
He does have princely looks
We agree on that one
[Kristoff]
Right! Ah by the way
What color eyes does he have?
[Anna]
Dreamy
Kristoff]
All I’m sayin’ is when your go to climb a mountain
You don’t just jump to the top
[Anna]
If it’s true love you can
[Kristoff]
There’s scalin’ and scramblin’ and too many steps for countin’
And the work doesn’t stop
[Anna]
Maybe for you
[Kristoff]
Love’s not an easy climb
You have to take your time
[Anna]
We get a whole life
That’s the plan
[Kristoff]
That’s not a plan
Love’s not a thing you get
It’s work and tears and sweat
[Anna]
So says a sweaty smelly mountain man
[Anna & Kristoff]
Oh, what do you know about love?
What do you know about love?
What do you know about love?
What do you know about love?
[Anna]
Have you even kissed a girl?
I mean a human girl
[Kristoff]
Oh
[Anna & Kristoff]
What do you know about
anything
anything
[Kristoff]
Anyone with half a brain
would have worn some winter gear
[Anna]
Anyone with half a life
would have one friend who’s not a deer
[Kristoff]
I do!
Any fool who jumps headlong is gonna bang their head
[Anna]
Any fool who doesn’t jump right
Is gonna probably end up dead
[Kristoff]
Whoa
[Anna]
Like I said
Are you okay there?
[Kristoff]
I’ve been better
[Anna]
Don’t worry, I’ve got you
You should have listened to me
I know danger when I see it
Just like I know love when I see it-Whoa!
[Kristoff]
Whoa whoa whoa
Thank you
[Anna]
Ah. That’s not quite how I though we’d end up
[Kristoff]
You’ve got to think things through in life
And in love
[Anna]
Touché
[Kristoff]
Here
Grab on and brace yourself
Ready?
Here we go.
[Anna]
Whoa...whoa...whoa
I’d like to point out
That we’ve come a good long way here
And that you’re...wow...realy strong
[Kristoff]
I lift a lot of ice
You saved my life just now
I guess I gotta say here
My first impression was wrong
[Anna]
And see?
You’re nice!
[Kristoff]
That jump was really brave
[Anna]
Your catch was quite a save
[Kristoff]
You’ve got some guts
[Anna]
You’ve got some-brains
[Kristoff]
Thanks
[Anna & Kristoff]
With miles and miles to go
I guess it’s nice to know
That I can trust you
Though the question still remains
What do you know about love?
[Kristoff]
Just-be careful
[Anna & Kristoff]
What do you know about love?
[Anna]
Have a little faith
[Anna & Kristoff]
At least we know one thing
This trip should be interesting
What do you know about love?
What do you know about love?
"I lift a lot of ice." I don't know why but.... Huff.
This adds so much more development to their relationship.

A: Whoah, Whoah, Whoah!
A: I'd like to point off that we've come a good long way here, and that you're, wow, really strong
K: I lift a lot of ice. You saved my life just now, I guess I gotta say here. My first impression was wrong.
A: And see? You're nice!
K: That jump was really brave
A: Youre catch was quite a save
K: You've got some guts
A: You've got some brains
K: Thanks
B: With miles and miles to go, I guess it's nice to know that I can trust you though the question still remains...
B: What do you know about love?
K: Just be careful
B: What do you know about love?
A: Just have a little faith
B: At least we know one thing, this trip should be interesting
B: What do you know about love?
B: What do you know about love?
Ryan the lyrics are on the screen but thanks for the help?!
AriannaWilliams22 They’re hard to read...
IM IN LOVE WITH THIS SONG!!
YES! Another one!
Love Frozen! Been looking forward to seeing the musical since it was announced a few years back. Can't wait!
The sounds really good can't wait to hear the others
Honestly the horns in the background of the "what do you know about love" make me love this song
You know, people are making a really big deal about Elsa’s new songs, but I think this is better than both of them.
For the record, BEAUTY & THE BEAST ran for 13 years on Broadway and is currently the 9th longest-running show in Broadway history. That is a HUGE hit.
Great lyrics, music and fun singing along with wonderful performers thank you.
HAPPINESS IS FLOWING THROUGH MY BODY, I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS FOREVER
This reminds me s little of Fixer Upper, love the new songs but this has just always reminded me a little if Fixer.
TheLostLenore I’m not a big fan of Fixer Upper. Doesn’t work as a final song to me
@@manuelorozco7760 Ageeed. I loved the film but i do think Fixer Upper shouldn't have been the final song.
TheLostLenore Yes! Should have included a reprise of Let It Go and Do You Want To Build A Showman
Hans is not a stranger
Okay, so, what's his last name?
Of the Southern Isles
Foot size?
Foot size doesn't matter
But knowing a man before you marry him, ah, kind of does...
You've got opinions on my life and my relations
But let me tell you what
Okay, enlighten me
Love is the one thing that has zero complications
And I can trust my gut
Okay, you frighten me
Some people know their hearts
The minute true love starts
Some people read a lot of books
I like books
Some people simply know
When true love says: Hello
Some folks are taken in by curly locks and princely looks
He does have princely looks, ooh
We agree on that one
Right, by the way, what color eyes does he have?
All I'm sayin' is when you go to climb a mountain
You don't just jump to the top
If it's true love you can
There's scalin' and scramblin'
And too many steps for countin'
And the work doesn't stop
Maybe for you
Love's not an easy climb
You have to take your time
We get a whole life, that's the plan
That's not a plan
Love's not a thing you get
It's work and tears and sweat
So says a sweaty, smelly mountain man
Oh, what do you know about love?
What do you know about love?
What do you know about love?
What do you know about love?
Have you even kissed a girl?
I mean, a human girl
Oh
What do you know about
Anything, anything?
Anyone with half a brain
Would have worn some winter gear
Anyone with half a life
Would have one friend who's not a deer
I do
Any fool who jumps headlong
Is gonna bang their head
Any fool who doesn't jump right now
Is probably gonna end up dead
Whooooooa
Like I said
You okay there?
I've been better
You should have listened to me
I've got good instincts, I know danger when I see it
Just like, I know love when I see it, whoa
Whoa, whoa, thank you
Ah, that's not quite how I thought we'd end up
You've got to think things through in life, and in love
Touché, here: Grab on and brace yourself, ready? Here we go
Whoa, whoaa, whoaaa
I'd like to point out that we've come a good long way here
And that you're, wow, really strong
I lift a lot of ice
You saved my life just now
I guess I gotta say here
My first impression was wrong
And see? You're nice
That jump was really brave
Your catch was quite a save
You've got some guts
You've got some brains
Thanks
With miles and miles to go
I guess it's nice to know
That I can trust you
Though the question still remains
What do you know about love?
Just, be careful
What do you know about love?
To have a little faith
At least we know one thing
This trip should be interesting
What do you know about love?
What do you know about love?
I love how Kristoff is teasing her but also sounds genuinely concerned
I’ve always loved this scene and I’m so glad it now has a song!!!!
I am so excited for this musical
It's a pretty good song. :)
It's really cute! What a shame it wasn't in the movie!
"BTW, what color eyes does he have?"
*"Dreamy"*
YAY FROZEN FRIDAY
I wanted to wait until I saw the musical in person...BUT I couldn’t resist! 😆
Jonathan Wallis Me too but I don't think I want to see the Broadway version anymore
@@manuelorozco7760 why not?
Fandom Fancy Because it seems like a rushed product. And how the plot is structured does not feel right
This song reminds me of "I Think I Got You Beat" from Shrek the Musical... Both undeniably catchy.
THIS!! IS!! PERFECT!!!!
I loved this song 2 years ago when me and my boyfriend started to date
I thought I knew everything about love
Looking at my 2 year relationship I would tell myself
"What do you know about loooooove?"
Honestly,if someone is new in a first time relationship
It's hard work with bad and good times, but it pays off😊
So amazing!!
and AGAIN, these brilliant writers hit it totally out of the freakin' park! These are SO fun!!
I love this song now!!
so i just saw this on broadway 2 days ago and it was absolutely fantastic. this song was really amazing and the effects and what actually happens during it was really great. during the show you see him falling in love with her little by little but reluctant to do so. it was really just an amazing show.
Isn't that "let's do the time warp again"? At least that line? The lyrics are great though!
THAT'S WHY IT SOUNDS SO FAMILIAR
Take me to New York please I need to see this.
This is my favorite frozen song so far
I was fully prepared to not like this song. But I actually really enjoyed it and now I kinda want to see the play.
Every person on this generation needs to hear this song.... It speaks the truth
When Disney finally decides to join the live tv musical bandwagon, this should be their first!
Evan Dangel I'm thinking High School Musical
It was the little mermaid
This is pretty
I love this so much
Ok but can we just appreciate how the person in charge of the editing was sooo taking the song at heart xD
oh my gosh how he sings headlong gives me LIFE
This is perfect
Gosh, this is amazing 😻😻😻❤️
Poor thing I'll probably never see the show 'cause trip to America only for one show (or maybe two 'cause Hamilton
how is this everything i never knew i wanted
My favorite new song in the Musical will be seeing it in the Summer so excited
Hey this song is actually pretty darn good. So far I'm pretty impressed with the new music for this show.
I love this song
WHOAA this song is lit! also I really loves Kristoff's voice!
KRISTOFF'S VOICE IS TRUE BEAUTY CAN WE JUST ❤️❤️❤️
Saw this today and ADORED it. Watch out Indina Menzel, this cast could give you a run for your money!
Great song and very chasing
I love this song and wish it had been in the movie.
Sir Will I wish it would have been too
This song is flipping adorable.
that instrumental "reindeers are better than people" part is amazing!
Let's do the time warp ag-- wait, wrong song.
Glinda Bennett had the same vibes and I love it! (Then again, what do I know about love?)
RHPS family ❤️❤️
THIS WAS SOOO GOOD IN THE MUSICAL. ANNA WAS AWESOME!!
That was a REALLY COOL song! I wanna see this show SOOOOOO FFFFRRREEEEAAAKKKIIINNNN BAAAAADDDDDD! Frozen is one of my favorite disney movies of ALL TIME!
kkstar 12 it’s good but Overrated Aladdin and The Lion King and all Other Disney films are ok with Me
Zack Stark Frozen is NOT overrated! It’s a classic!
Its No Aladdin and The Lion King but Still a Good Film
Zack Stark I think it beat both of them.
Don't take it personal I'm just expressing my Opinion OK also "What Do You Know About Love?" LOL!!! :) #FrozenfortheTony
I AM GETTING STOKED FOR FROZEN BROADWAAAAAY!!!!
I was assigned this song for my theatre performance❤❤❤👌
I love the lyrics. Like the way when Kristoff mentions a mountain the lyrics then form a mountain :D
I can’t wait to see this show
This song 💕
This just got amazing xxx
