Same. I'm diagnosed with anxiety, used to have anxiety attacks about every other day, take meds, have coping skills, have a therapy cat, overthink everything and still to this day it keeps me up all night thinking I could just be a bitch manipulating my friends and family. It's so stupid.
Same. Ive been diagnosed with it and depression and PTSD from being raped and abandonment when I was 4. I've been told I have really good coping skills even for someone with out anxiety 🥴 but I also have a service dog (only used for crowds shopping and sometimes school for like assemblies and stuff) and before I got her I had an ESA therapy cat. Still do but hes more of a pet now. 3

Does anyone else do something slightly embarrassing everyone looks at you funny but then laughs it off and forgets but you keep thinking about it and you literally think that you hate yourself and the person you are because of one little brain fart? No? Just me?

I pinched my friend's cheeks (the way you think a grandma or grampa would do) and I have no clue why I did it... she was really upset about it and held a grudge against me for the whole trip until we got back...

I relate so much to Evan Hansen. I don’t have anxiety but I am very socially awkward and literally every conversation I have with someone I am convinced I said something weird or they think that I’m weird or they don’t like me in general or whatever. Especially right now I’m going through a lot of tough times and while I’ve not tried yet, I have suicidal thoughts daily and even after all that I still feel like I’m manipulating and effecting everyone around me and that I’m a horrible person that deserves no love and support.
