SUGGESTION: For rough(actually quite decent) bent body panel repair get a vacuum pull rod. Its a rod with sliding hammer on it, with 10cm diameter really soft and adaptive to uneaven surfaces rubber sucker with a hole in a middle. the hole on the sucker is connected through the rod to the back of it to quick fit vacum connection. You can pull miracles in seconds with that thing, and even keep the paint in tact, as it does not create sharp bends. You can pull it just with body force, hammer, or combined- it would do miracles on that fender in seconds.
This one of my favorites .... had me laughing so much . I didn't expect that but it's Camarata , He is always full tilt . I bet his military vehicle hopes he will sell it soon so it can rest . Mahalo Andrew for the best hard working entertainment .
You already made that fender look better earlier in the video so even with that new scratch it's still an improvement lol. And I haven't laughed out loud that hard in a long time, especially once you started dragging it around on the chain. And that scene where you come bombing into frame through the field and onto your driveway was one of the best filmed shots I've Ever seen and had me laughing so hard, I'm going to have to watch that again. Best entertainment Ever. And the best part is now No One can say you ruined that bumpers strength. Thanks so much for the effort you put into your videos, I can't wait for the next one.

Awesome content Andrew and... if you would have maintained that bumper width just a drop wider I think it could have prevented that "scratch" on the truck fender...
Andrew. Great video as always. For your radiator hoses don’t use those worm gear clamps. Use spring clamp/ constant tensions clamp. As the hose expands and contract’s the spring clamp will adjust with the hose. The gear one will not and cause small leaks.
It's been too long since I watched an AC vid where we get walked through an extensive modification with a very simple objective. These are the vids that I enjoy the most. Taking out that dryer made me laugh out loud.
Andrew is not only highly intelligent but he knows how to apply that intelligence and that is shown in this video and others like it. Put simply: He just knows what needs to be done and how to do it. I love watching his videos when he is doing something in his shop like this or repairing a machine or something. He has worked very hard to get to where he is and he deserves what he's got.
Love your video as always. I was wondering if, as an alternative to drilling and burning out those bigger bolt holes, you could have gotten the increased strength you were looking for by using a higher grade bolt that fit the existing hole.
Yes but increasing strength is irrelevant when there's a weaker failure point above it. Ie: you can make a joint stronger than the steel around it, which makes strengthening that joint irrelevant. Idk why but that's hard to articulate. Maybe it's the 3 beers so far today hahaha
you really should do a video focused on all the vehicles you own and give some information about them. by this point you surely have 30+ across multiple properties, from the smallest snowrunner to the 988. would be such an awesome video.
umm no, you want weight in the bed of a truck for traction. diesels are nose heavy pigs. plows add more weight, making the already light ass end even lighter

Andrew the story of your evolution noted here shows a man unafraid to accomplish great goals by dint of planning and execution. Your expedient fabrication and welding alone is inspiring. I really enjoy your work, TFS it.
Love his Videos, been watching for the last 5 years, they have an ASMR vibe to them. Plus you learn a lot
Good to see the pry bar that Essential Craftsman gave ya still going strong. Great work Andrew.
Yes!!!! another video from Andrew thank you Andrew love the videos you share
You are one helluva creative genius. Another triumph.
Body work a good use of your burkes bar . What an essential tool to have around.
Andrew has a tool for everything. He is amazing and has so much knowledge and confidence.👍🏻🙏❤️❤️
Looking forward to seeing more of the tree clearing/road smoothing equipment in future videos.
Towing that car down your drive MIGHT have been easier but not nearly as FUN! Thanks Andrew for all you do!
Thank you
Innovative way to smooth out your gravel driveway after a rough winter! LOL fun ! Thanks for sharing!
Just finished watching the video of him buying this truck! Than this pops up what a great way to spend a Saturday!
Outstanding Performance Andrew! Another great video. 👍👍
I can’t believe I’m saying this, but that bumper looks way better once you cut it. It looked outrageous before. Nice job 👍
Awesome Project Andrew ! I like fabricating myself , I will never be at the level you are , but you are an inspiration in everything you do !
So agree again.✌️💯🤘
you are truly the 'andrew' of all trades buddy
remarkable how you can take something and turn it into something else (better)
and honestly, i had my doubts till you started pushing that car around haha
good job man 👍
That turned out great! Your truck is pretty strong to start with and with that bumper it's a beast! I admire your abilities to both design something then actually bring it to life!👏🏻👏🏻
That's definitely a nice little and rustfree pickup truck from the 1990's. I'm eagerly looking forward to watch the repair/restoration video. Maybe it will even be turned into a 4WD vehicle?
Some locking differentials would be great for those mountain climbs.
2005 ram 2500 5.9 pre emissions Cummins locking difs would take this truck further
Really enjoyed you making that gift bumper work with all the implements that you judged necessary.
I enjoy watching you work. You don't seem to show your anger. So many people get so angry while working on things.
always a good day when he posts videos involving working on trucks
You are a human wrecking ball, I love it. Elan needs to give you the cybertruck for testing. You'll find every flaw.
Love it, keep it up.
Elan Mosque
@@brianpeck697lol 🤣😂🤣
He would destroy it.
Another fun video! Andrew never fails to entertain. I like that they aren't short videos. Keep them coming and I'll keep watching them!
Been here for a long time now, back when the castle was being first built and when you first dropped your t-shirts, I ordered one to England. What I love about these videos is although it may seem its for our viewing pleasure, its also you fucking about doing stuff you enjoy which makes its genuine and genuinely fun to watch, glad the operation is going well Andrew B)
Andrew just doing what everyone else wants to do. Love you andrew.
Anytime Andrew has a Pickup Truck project, you know you are in for a treat. Great combination of funny, entertaining, and practical!
Awesome content Andrew and... if you would have maintained that bumper width just a drop wider I think it could have prevented that "scratch" on the truck fender...
You know Andrew is serious when he has a whole hardware store full of nuts and bolts at the back of his shop 😂
Andrew. Great video as always. For your radiator hoses don’t use those worm gear clamps. Use spring clamp/ constant tensions clamp. As the hose expands and contract’s the spring clamp will adjust with the hose. The gear one will not and cause small leaks.
That's such good advice, I l spring clamps are a real asset
@@jeffhall768 3 beers? You’re barely getting started. You got 9 more to drink
you really should do a video focused on all the vehicles you own and give some information about them. by this point you surely have 30+ across multiple properties, from the smallest snowrunner to the 988. would be such an awesome video.
hes done a video before on most of his vehicles. Just not on some of the newest videos hes done
If you watch all his videos you should already know.
He did one a long ass time ago. But yeah he should do another update vid I'm sure he's got a bunch of other ones now.
I'd love to see another update. I remember the last one, but would love to see one in the newer vehicles
Always enjoy a good Camarata Body Shop video. Plasma cutters. Pry bars. Wood. Hitting dryers. What’s not to love?
Masterclass on handling adversity…this guy is a complete boss!
I’ve been waiting for this video since he bought the truck
Lol, the dodge ram has become a D6 bulldozer.
Yes! YEEEESSSSS!!!
I liked the snow thing he bought...
was really sad because something bad happened today but seeing andrew uploaded a video brought me back some life 😋
Your front end is heavier and I believe you’re getting better front in traction in the snow because of it
umm no, you want weight in the bed of a truck for traction. diesels are nose heavy pigs. plows add more weight, making the already light ass end even lighter
It looked like that to me as well.
Andrew you are truly a visionary man. Really motivating. The things you do are a great reminder to push the boundaries. Keep it up.
Those shots of you skull dragging that car on its roof around your property was astonishing, so funny, and with some much glee, and you cant even see his face, love it Andrew, Brisbane, Oz
Love the videos keep strong
Is it OK if I ask are you going to do anymore work on the container house? did enjoy watching that series. Thanks....
He’s building another
He's going to reposition it... With his new bumper...
Love your videos 😊
I love this channel and how far you have come, thank you all
41:52 Fine adjustments. That is why I love your channel. Aaaaaaand 46:19 LOOOLL!!!!!
