You don’t need to spray water to apply & remove the rubber sleeve pencil accessories, you just LIGHTLY pull them on or off. Applying pressure when removing or applying them prevents it from coming off. Hence why they’re grip like. That’s what keeps them secure from staying on the Pencil itself.
The intro hit me… I gifted myself the switch OLED and I'm more excited about the accessories than the gaming. Although, I 'm ugrading from a 2DS XL sso… (NOT me justifying the crazy)
You’re worried about damaging your Pencil or lightning port when plugging the Pencil into the iPad, but it’s actually really hard to damage as there’s a hinge in the Pencil.
I just recently found an Apple Pencil in my car, and have asked everyone who has ridden in it- is it theirs. Now I’m thinking about buying an iPad Pro for Christmas.
i want to get an ipad to draw, and i was also thinking of getting one of those screen protectors that make the screen feel like paper in a way but i heard that it can make the tip of the pen dull. is that true?
Depends on the brand of screen and how much pressure you use to draw. The Paperlike brand is like sandpaper, so it will probably wear off your tip even if youre lighthanded. Regardless, they all wear off the tip at least a bit so be ready to buy replacements if you use a matte protector
Whether or not you use a screen protector you will have to replace the tip eventually because it’s MEANT to be replaced. Apple sells replacement tips in packs of 4.
depends on the brand paperlike: not from amazon cuz thats a knockoff that compltetly ruins ur tip, is good. but price isnt. supershieldz: amazon, great, does not ruin the tip, adds display noise the rest: you can see on yt
I think the only reason to buy an original apple pencil is if u are a professional drawer if not I recommend a generic one they are around 20 dollars and are all what you need as a student or as a normal person 👱
if anything i would just use regular apple pencil and if the tip gets worn they have replacement tips but it would take a while to wear it and unless your putting tons of pressure it wouldnt wear much
In reviews on Amazon they are saying the Sub-Case doesn't support double tap. I'm looking around for one of these protective case as i've damaged my Apple Pencil from it falling off the iPad Pro and hitting the tip many times. Now it's dead, i bought new tips but still no go. I will have to get a new pencil and want to prevent it from getting damaged again. I'm liking the Sub-Case.
Help! I tried every possibility of getting the glow in the dark sleeve for my pencil but failed miserably to do so. Is there any chance I can get it in India?
Great video, quick question does the wireless charging case for 1st gen allow or fits the pencil with a silicone case or is it just for the naked pencil?
Will the supcase cover allow the Apple Pencil to get magnetically attached and charge while the iPad has a case on it too? I have ESR Sentry case for iPad Air 4 and wish to know if the Supcase pencil case will get magnetically attached to the iPad with ESR case on it.
It will magnetically attach to the air 4. Even with ESR case. However you won’t be able to close the top flap over the pencil in the Supcase. I have the ESR case and the Supcase both in rose gold. If that helps.
Yes, I brought the same grip originally for the first generation apple pencil. I still use it for the 2nd generation apple pencil. The only problem, as he said in the video, you can't charge the apple pencil while the grip is on the pencil. I just take it off while charging and put it back on when done.
Bad Wolf3589 Thank you so much! I don’t mind taking it off to charge, I just wanted to make sure it would fit so I can use it on a gen 2 pencil. Thank you again!
I have the iPad Pencil 1 and 2 for my iPad 11” (My daughter inherited my 9.7 iPad and iPencil. I love them both. I have the Magic Keyboard. I am SO going to buy a iPad pencil holder when they come out with a better version that attached to the iPad/Magic Keyborard.
Do you recommend a protective nib for it and if so what kind? I am possibly getting a iPad Pro and I am going to get like a matte screen protector which could wear out my Apple Pencil... Sooo yeah😂🤷♀️
So I was worried about this too, but a 4 pack of replacement nibs is only 20 dollars and you literally don't notice a difference whereas a protective nib tends to limit the sensitivity a little bit. If youre torn, id recommend just waiting a little longer and grabbing some replacements instead!
Jay Kayy I recently have bought both the paper like screen protector and protective nibs. I didn’t buy the rough paper like kind though, this makes it matte, and sounds like drawing, I think feels a bit more like paper but is still overall smooth without much resistance. Anyway this paired with my nibs, the pencil doesn’t work! It’s too many layers, and they’re both thin. I believe your supposed to use the nib covers by themselves, as some people have said that these nibs are supposed to replicate a slower/more friction based type of drawing anyway.
Hi! Is there a way I can put my apple pencil somewhere else other than my iPad? Because 1. I can’t afford the accessories, and 2. I don’t wanna put my pen on top of my iPad, because I know it charges, and I’m afraid it will overheat if I charge it for long. Any suggestions to where I can keep my apple pen?
I have the first gen, its the glossy one and it may hurt between your fingers because its super slippery if you will use it for a long time.. if its light use i guess it's okay
I have the 2nd gen, the matte one. First thing you will notice is that it's a bit heavier than a normal pen, it definitely has some weight to it. It can also get slippery sometimes especially for long periods of time and/or your hands are sweaty. It also feels weird since you're writing on glass so it's also slippery, but i personally dont mind it. You can easily get used to it tho
It’s way heavier than a normal pen or pencil but you’ll get used to it I have the Apple Pencil one so it’s glossy but doesn’t really show a lot of fingerprints I personally hate those silicone grips as the pencil never fits in those built in Apple Pencil holder type of iPad cases
So true. That's how I take mine off. Found out that pressure causes them to stick and not come out 😊
carrot has both versions for 1st and 2nd, also different colours
Tak Wat yeah I have one in white
I dint like the carrot one bc it was to short to reach my fingers
I have the carrot it is so cute but it is a bit chunky so you wont be able to have a pencil holder on your case
a bit heavy
could you send the link?
Finally a decent video showing different Apple Pencil accessories!
“ah buying accessories for accessories now an days”
Almost died of laughter 😂😂
i know Im pretty off topic but does anyone know of a good site to stream newly released series online ?
@Vincent Gordon Try Flixzone. Just google for it =)
@Aron Lionel Yup, have been watching on flixzone for years myself =)
@Aron Lionel thank you, I went there and it seems like they got a lot of movies there :D I appreciate it !!
@Vincent Gordon Happy to help xD
Thank you for showing us that first holder! That was the main thing holding me back from getting the Magic Keyboard.
The intro hit me… I gifted myself the switch OLED and I'm more excited about the accessories than the gaming. Although, I 'm ugrading from a 2DS XL sso… (NOT me justifying the crazy)
Bruh that thumbnail with Linus was...hahahhahahahah
Personally love the carrot case it’s so cute, they have the one for the 1st gen as well. So adorable
You’re worried about damaging your Pencil or lightning port when plugging the Pencil into the iPad, but it’s actually really hard to damage as there’s a hinge in the Pencil.
does the tap feature on the apple pencil 2 still work when you put the silicone cases on it?
Yes, it does
I just recently found an Apple Pencil in my car, and have asked everyone who has ridden in it- is it theirs. Now I’m thinking about buying an iPad Pro for Christmas.
even our accessories needs accessories .. that one got me
I just want Apple to make a blacked out version of the Apple Pencil(2nd Gen).
i want to get an ipad to draw, and i was also thinking of getting one of those screen protectors that make the screen feel like paper in a way but i heard that it can make the tip of the pen dull. is that true?

Replacement tips are pretty cheap
yes! It does wear out the pen depending on the pressure you use. You can buy silicone tip protectors or just buy replacements

If you had an apple pencil sleeve on, would it still be able to fit in the zipper bag? It would be convenient if it had a little extra room.
any cases for 2nd gen where there's a cut out for the engraving?
I was about to admire your iPad Pro and Apple Pencil 2nd gen when I realized I have all those 😂😂😂
I think the only reason to buy an original apple pencil is if u are a professional drawer if not I recommend a generic one they are around 20 dollars and are all what you need as a student or as a normal person 👱
Exactly!!
I don't agree. The 2nd gen apple pencil is the one to buy for the wireless charging alone. but that's just me. i value convenience more than anything
by Specter but if you buy the i pad pro I would also recommend the Apple Pencil I mean yes
if anything i would just use regular apple pencil and if the tip gets worn they have replacement tips but it would take a while to wear it and unless your putting tons of pressure it wouldnt wear much
Great Video!!
For the first case does any of the case you showed after fits in it or does the apple pencil needs to be without any case
i hear your birbs!!! :3 I love birds too!!!
Me: doesn’t have an Apple Pencil but still watches the video.... BAHAHHa

Great accessories. Thanks for sharing. This reminds me to only use the cover as needed for the tip,
I use the Berlin case for my Apple Pencil 2 has a stand hole & (for gen 1) compartment for the removable charge cover, spare nibs & charge adapter.
Help! I tried every possibility of getting the glow in the dark sleeve for my pencil but failed miserably to do so. Is there any chance I can get it in India?
Great video, quick question does the wireless charging case for 1st gen allow or fits the pencil with a silicone case or is it just for the naked pencil?
Will the zipper case for the iPad fit a Apple Pencil with a grip? Just night one that was to tight so have it to a friend
Probably the best tech channel ever!!!
Will the supcase cover allow the Apple Pencil to get magnetically attached and charge while the iPad has a case on it too?

The only con for all the apple pencil holders is that you have to buy one because Apple didn't think that far. Samsung be sipping their tea
Question, so the grip for an apple pencil gen 1 CAN fit onto a gen 2 apple pencil too?
Just the small grip, the blue one
Yes, I brought the same grip originally for the first generation apple pencil. I still use it for the 2nd generation apple pencil. The only problem, as he said in the video, you can't charge the apple pencil while the grip is on the pencil. I just take it off while charging and put it back on when done.

Hey! Does anyone use a protective nib for their pencil because I've heard that the apple pencil wears out over time

@@Joanna-gg4qx where did you get your screen protector from?
Nish H It’s the bellemont Japanese ‘high grade fine’ pack of 2 for £16.99 on Amazon, I’m in the UK but hopefully they have them wherever you are
If you have a silicone grip on the Apple Pencil 1st gen will it still fit in the zipper holder you shoes first?
A pencil pack or just a plastic bag
i bought an apple pencil case from elago but the pencil is not magnetically sticking to the the ipad, that sucks!
I haven't used it but its so perfect to watch.
What type of charger does your iPad use?
I really want a carrot one after watching dia
Can you still double tap on the Pencil 2 with these rubber sleeves?
No
2:31 I love that iPad cover so soo much. I wish we had it in India
Same
I guess we have
But may be it is for base ipads
Apple accessories are way too expensive that's why we need accessories for the accessories now hahaha
It is useful for Android mobile please reply
Bro you feelin like Goku?? Definitely diggin the dbz poster as well as your set up!!
Can u charge the apple pencil2 with the carrot case?
Yes, most apple pencil cases supports the magnetic charging, although it will kinda charge slower ( not by much though)
Now a days brands are making simple things more complicated
What kind of screen protector do you used on your iPad ?
*******
Paperlike?😑😑
Umm hi on the ipad 5 is there a magnet to charge ur apple pencil
no, only the ipad pros and the newest ipad air
no and ipad 5 is not compatible with any apple pencil
i got one but its so loose on my pencil
You video is good but I like it
Bro, you need an ENT-doctor to check out your nasal cavities - but nice video!
What’s that cool screensaver on the big monitor behind you?
You have Carrot too?? :D
GREAT!!! 👍
i have the carrot case but no pencil 💀💀
I have NEVER touched an apple product in my life. Can anyone tell me what it feels like to use an apple pencil without a grip or sleeve?
I have the first gen, its the glossy one and it may hurt between your fingers because its super slippery if you will use it for a long time.. if its light use i guess it's okay

I have the Apple Pencil one so it’s glossy but doesn’t really show a lot of fingerprints
I personally hate those silicone grips as the pencil never fits in those built in Apple Pencil holder type of iPad cases
first gen: slippery bc of the glossy feel. thin and round, so u need a grip or sleeve
Thank you so much for recommending Pencil Holder Fit!
Genius Dude. You Earn 250,000$. Except the Pilot and Debilic After. There will be Beta in WWDC
Buying accessories for accessories....strange eye....lmfao got a sub just for that comment because it’s a sad truth they got us the matrix is winning
Deutche her ? Hallo ih bin es. Sorry I’m not German

The grips and the cover / sleeves are useless and waste of money.
Hotshottek: Its for both 1st and 2nd gen so no one is left out
Me:I don’t have an Apple Pencil
