Hi Justin! I need your help if it is possible please. I created the model from your tutorial and I want to use it in my design. For that I need to cut opening for the entrance. I tried to use the intersect tool to intersect the shape for the opening with the model but SketchUp just freezes and the only thing I can do is to force quit. Is there any other way to create an opening in such kind of models with complex geometry? What can I do?:-)

I can't find curviloft in extensions

My curviloft is not working (SU2022), please help me, Install the latest fredo library and a new version of curviloft, there are icons but nothing happens when you click on them
Yep, I know this video is five years old. And yes, I knew these videos were here five years ago. Now, it's not as if I hadn't figured out almost all the tips presented here through often tedious and painful trial and error over the course of five years, I had. What I am still working out is how I can know a resource is freely available that will make my life easier as well as increase my productivity and I forget it's there until five years later and by chance. This happens all the time, covering all my interests. I know I could focus better, manage my time better, would it matter? The Internet and the Universe are similar, both have information that is in constant expansion. Some of that information, more all the time, is outside the visible universe, some is moving away from us so fast there's no chance of catching up, and then there's the rest of everything, and though I wouldn't call much of everything on the Internet special, it is still relative. Internet time dilation, it's a real thing. Browse aimlessly for a few hours or, Heaven forbid, log on to Twitter and when you get back to pick up where you left off you realize five years have passed.

The free trial version of Curviloft expires after a month and then asks for a license. Is there any way of getting it for free for a longer period?
Hello! I downloaded the plug in "lines to tubes" but when I already installed it, it says that it was unsigned. Is it normal? if ever how can I use it? Thank you very much for you response and I'm really grateful for all of your video tutorials.Thank you!!!

I am having problems with the "rotate / copy". I am using a mac, and just can't seem to get it to work.
You're going to have to give me some more info - what exactly isn't working?
I was selecting the object to rotate, and hitting the "control" key. I would not make copies. However, I was just attempting to recreate what was happening so I could explain, and i hit the "option" key and it worked. so never mind. Thanks for getting back to me though.
so curviloft continually gets hung up at about 92%. Not sure what is happening. I have skp 2020.
Does it happen on simpler shapes?

That really depends on the shape - tools are really application specific
