The lungs are fascinating. We used to eat them when I was a kid, cut in smaller pieces, breaded and fried, and served in cream gravy, so the flavor here would be similar. I think these would be even better if those finished chunks were breaded and fried. Too bad they are illegal to sell in the States now, because I would surely make these.

It seems in fergana valley region they use more spices, whereas in Tashkent and Samarkand they only use a couple like paprika, tumeric, and cumin, but let the natural flavors shine through
@@-jank-willson And yet, in the Ferghana Valley, sheep meat is much tastier than in other regions of Uzbekistan, because sheep of a breed called "Hisori" are grown in the valley. This is a breed of sheep without a tail and its meat does not have an unpleasant smell, I can’t describe the taste, you just need to try it. So I invite you to visit Uzbekistan and try the dishes yourself!!!
Milk filled lungs! Who would have thought~ would love to try this some day! If anyone knows of any places in Toronto that serve this please let me know 😊
Ask your butcher to get you a lung and make it yourself. It looks pretty simple to make. Probably need to boil outside so it doesn’t smell up house though.

Berkruz getting caught off guard with Sonny's analogies is hilarious
"Omg it's like my parent, they just can't stay together" - I died.
This was simply amazing with lots of jokes and fun!! Yeah and the dishes were just superb! Thank you Sonny for a tour that I may never be able to take.
Really amazing food 😋😋😍😋
Asian Haggis😋
16 minutes flew by, great content and production. Kudos!
If you want to surprise your taste buds, welcome to Uzbekistan! Pilaf, samsa, kebab, tandoor meat and much more mmmm delicious😍😍😍
Behruz thank you for your job!

By the way, watch this video, there is also the cuisine of Uzbekistan! ruclips.net/video/pu4rJertDJQ/видео.html
@@magicuzb Also seems like uzbeks have a lot of charcuterie/cured meats!
I wish Sonny needed a constant co-host. I’d BE HAPPY to help. No prior experience but I love to talk & eat. 😂
Would you be willing to eat animal blood?, listen I love to eat but this man is a absolute maniac when it comes to food he will try anything
Then prepare yourself for the ultimate gastronomy with offals included potentially. 😉
All of that looked and sounded delicious 🤤
I plan on living in that region soon. Neat to see all the unique food there. Thanks, Sonny!
Beautiful place, beautiful people and delicious food
Milk filled lungs! Who would have thought~ would love to try this some day! If anyone knows of any places in Toronto that serve this please let me know 😊
Ask your butcher to get you a lung and make it yourself. It looks pretty simple to make. Probably need to boil outside so it doesn’t smell up house though.
@@be.A.b Do lungs smell bad..??
@@maywalker997 Boiling a large pot of any meat product all day long will generally smell up your whole house. Uncommon animal parts usually have an especially overpowering smell.
Beheading a sheep's neck like Tudors hahaha :)))) you are such a such brilliant man, Sonny :)
That sausage looks amazing 🥹
