NO VIDEO EVER WAS ABLE TO EXPRESS WHAT MY EYES SAW THERE. I came home and told friends about this experience and got tears in my eyes because i lost my heart there. Enough said ! : )
Gallardo6669 Mexico is also building what will be one of the best theme parks in the world in Vallarta. I hope they finish this massive project soon so I can book a hotel there.
Wow that sounds amazing. We have booked here but could only get a Garden Suite room and couldn't get into the CASA FUEGO area of the hotel so won't be able to use the rooftop bar and pool. Would you say that we will miss out a lot because we cannot access this area? Also, are you able to upgrade when you check in and if so do you know how much they were charging? Many Thanks.
@@madmike6266 in the Fuego it's fantastic on the roof top, swimming in the pool across 2 buildings in this water channel. Having a drink in this pool and looking across the ocean... Stunning!!! But it's so exclusive, my wife and I had to wait for 40 min to get 2 loungers. We enjoyed while a DJ played live music. The rooms in the Fuego also have a fantastic view. We had the corner Floor one with a bath tub inside and outside on the balcony. The Italian restaurant in the Fuego didn't have gnoccies. Then, next day when we went there the made them as a surprise for me, all chefs came out and ask if they were perfect for me. That was so empressive... So much dedication and real love to make people happy. I never felt this way.-- about the upgrade: I don't know. This hotel is highly booked I believe, just try next time.
We just got back from Xcaret, where we were also plotting how and when to get ourselves back! Your review was helpful in conveying the scope and character of the place. We felt we had barely scratched the surface, and we were there a week. I’m glad to know there are others who really understand the genius attention to detail and the excellent design of this wonderful resort.
This place is so amazing. My husband proposed to me there. The hotel set up a table, a four course meal on the beach, it was so AMAZING! I want to go back.
I rarely watch vids longer than 10 minutes about things like this, but this video was so well done. No rambling, every word was relevant. The pics, video clips, and editing was superb and nicely descriptive. Great job...makes me want to go!
Thank You !!! for the perfect explanation on the Xcaret and Xenses park. I have shown my boys videos but they are usually in Spanish. I will definitely show my boys this video.
My sister and nephew went in early July. They both came home and told us how much of an amazing time they had. Next thing I know, the entire family decided to plan a family reunion at Hotel Xcaret June 2020. It was just going to be the siblings, our spouses and our Mom. However, all the nieces and nephews have signed up to go as well. I'm really looking forward to the adventure AND relaxing. Wonderful video!!
Such a cool and different way to show xcaret ...you guys are truly unique...love love love your videos and your way of taking us along.!! Thank you.on my bucket list for sure.. The Mexican architect Miguel Quintana Pali who was once a furniture salesman...came upon this gem of acreage and decided to build this genius of a hotel and keep all the natural ambience and merge with nature ..and..share it with the world....what a man!!!
I was there in September, this is the most beautiful place. The food is the best, employees are so friendly. They know how to make you feel special. I am ready to go back next year.
We went to this beautiful place in February 2019 and it was a blast !! For activites, went to - Xsenses - Xcaret Park - Xplor and we were exausted !! - Sop I suggest a little less for an 8 days stay - Absolutely loved the place ! Thank you for the wonderful review, I relived part of our trip through it
Wtffernando I cried when we were driving to the airport lol. I was so sad cuz I didn’t want to come back. The people are so humble there. Not like here is the US where we live in a world full of entitled people.
Wife and I were there end of august for my nephew's wedding. This place is awesome like the video shows and stayed for a week. It's so big with all the parks that you need about a month to see everything i highly recommend it cause it's all inclusive 100% and the people working there are super nice. Just remember it's very humid and hot but they have so many pools where you can cool off and seat in the bar pool you'll love it.
Thank you so much for sharing! We'll be there in a month & you guys had some great advice! ❤ it's completely booked up for when we'll be there and I've been so worried about that, sounds like it shouldn't seem too packed though.
Excellent job describing this place and great footage. Watched many Xcareta vids that left me with more questions than answers. You really dissected for us what a wonderful place this is. I can't wait.
I was in Tulum on a separate trip and went to xel-ha as a solo side adventure. It was amazing and when I heard there was a hotel that owned xel ha and 8 other nature and culture parks I knew I had to come back and experience all the parks! Currently working towards celebrating my 28th birthday at hotel Xcaret, fingers crossed I can go for 10 days and xhichen is open again by then!!
Thanks for the video, I am wanting to go for my birthday in sept the resort looks amazing and the food looks top notch, we just got back from Breathless in Cabo and was so disappointed the food was so bad.. so I am kinda afraid to do another all inclusive I dont want to be disappointed again but with this resort it does not look like we will be. thanks again!
Went last week and took the family including a 3 year old and 6 years old. Great for all ages. This resort is amazing and the guests services exceed any other resort we been to.. 10 out of 10 and the videos and pictures your guys see don’t do justice.. Visited Xcaret Park, Xensus and Xplor. If you are looking to travel with kids. I recommend you wait till they are 3 1/2 feet so they can enjoy everything that the parks have to offer.. Swam with the dolphins at Xcaret Park and was an amazing experience.. Watch my RUclips video just put together! Always want to go back! Loved this place
What about vegetarian options? This is an amazing review I stayed at the beloved in playa Mujeres 10 years ago for the relaxation. This looks so much better and relaxing
I'm here now and covid restrictions are extremely strict including wearing masks at pools, beaches, boats, everywhere outside, and employees wearing them with wetsuits in water (i have plenty of pics to back this) Temperature checks at least 5 times a day before entering restaurants, transportations, going to theme parks and leaving, , hand sanitizer entering, during and exiting. restaurants, spraying luggage, wanting in our room to spray on 3rd day. . . Anywhere you are outside masks must be worn even at the outside theme parks. In 90° weather, very hot. My husband could not enter an outside restaurant because he had left his mask in a locker while we swam in the caves. Many things are not open due to their protocols. Hallways are SUPER loud and the sound enters your room, if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to sound then just be aware (i have recordings inside my room). I just want others to be aware of the challenging tone we are all in. We had covid tests before we left for this resort, and I'm an RN working as a covid volunteer. If you go i would suggest a room that's a swim up or one that looks at the ocean. Lots of staff to take care of you and plenty (many non Englush speaking) of activities to constantly keep you busy. Hotel is right by the ocean with plenty of beach assess, nice lounge chairs, and even a bar for drinks. Very clean with plenty of places to eat and drink. Swim up bars close at 5, some restaurants do require reservations as do most shows, plenty towels at the pools and beaches. Would we return again, no. There are too many other places to see and do. If planning breakfast in the room, be sure to order early it took about 1.5 hours to get our breakfast. Lots of things to think about when planning a vacay. i would highly recommend coming here, it's the COOLEST place I've even been due to hotel and theme parks!
Thanks so much for this video. I will be going for the first time this year and your breakdown of what is included is very thorough. I am super excited now 😊
Thank you for the video guys, I am planing to go there in October and I can't wait for that date. you both gave us one of the best tours of Xcaret Hotel. I've subscribed to you channel now and I hope I can watch more videos about your vacations. Thank you and be safe.
Wow we recently moved to the area just 15 mins from this resort and had no clue what a gem we had right in our backyard! Will def be visiting and recommending to our family and friends who come to visit as well!! Thanks for an awesome video!!! :)
This place does look amazing. It is fairly spendy. Most of the reviews I have read are positive, but there are some trends in the negative reviews............ they take forever to bring your luggage to your room, try to charge you credit card extra, try to sell timeshares, not much open for food/activities in the evening, and everything must be booked in advance and sometimes things are full. I guess everything in life is a risk, and everyone has different opinions on what they like. It certainly does look amazing.
When you are doing the floating rivers and the slides, where do you put your belongings? I like to carry a small backpack when I travel. Awesome review! Thanks! ❤️
Its a gorgeous resort no doubt. We found it lacking in quick grab and go food. Used to resorts with lots of quick food options around a pool and beach. Also the beach is very bad :(. Besides that, everything else is top notch
We went there last week for 7 nights and we enjoyed so much! We stayed at Tierra, so we didn't get access to the rooftop pool, but still, it's worth it and there are so much stuff to do that we didn't have time to do all. The hotel was never crowded and even the parks were pretty much empty. Food was great, some were okay but never bad. One thing I didn't like about was the room. Although it's beautiful, ventilation isn't so good so after the shower, we had to open the balcony door to let the air in and out. If we don't, dampness in the shower and our entire room got so bad. Also, I could smell mold from my pillows and cushions. And take earplugs with you, because you can literally hear any small noises from the hallway. The long hallway amplifies noise. On our first night at 11pm, someone sang as they walk by and it was really really loud. Other than that, everything was great. I highly recommend visiting spa. It's $35 per person for using pools, jacuzzi, sauna etc, you get all-day access 8am to 8pm. We can't wait to visit again.
I’ve vacationed with Sandals in the past and have had a good experience, but am thinking of trying something different. Sandals you don’t have to tip so I’m wondering how much extra I should set aside for it for a 7 night stay?
Do I need to know how to swim for the floating rivers? Like do you automatically float or can u stand and walk? I'm going in 2 weeks & although I'm excited to try these activities it gives me anxiety!
I am going here next month with some friends. Super excited. So just to be clear the parks don't cost extra if u stay here? I saw a different video where someone else said this and my friend and I were confused about it cause we thought you had to pay extra for all the parks.

Several of my friends have gone and also agree it’s was a great time but said avoid the orientation it’s not worth your time. Can anyone share your experience with the time share pitch?
I became I member here and I’m so happy I did so my whole family can enjoy all the discounts I get 😀 so worth it I’m more then happy to pay for this experience. xcaret stole my heart 😍
Is the spa included as well? Or do you pay separate for the spa? Also do you need to carry money to tip or is it included as well? Looking to book our stay soon. Thanks for sharing.

How was the weather in September. We are thinking of going there in 2020 September.

When you are doing the floating rivers and the slides, where do you put your belongings? I like to carry a small backpack when I travel. Awesome review! Thanks! ❤️
There are lockers and shoe cubbies provided. You may not want to risk your gear in the man made muddy rivers.
Great Video and information!
oh my god I love this! thank you so much!
Please share. It would really help us out. Thanks.
The best place
I’m going to email you again today. Ready to book!,🥰

Exceptional video. Traveling to Cancun in 2 weeks, wanting to stay here now instead of the Marriott. Perhaps you can help me with the arrangements...?
Email kari@stellartravel.com. she's back in the office Tuesday.
How many buffets are there?
Are the pools open at night?
What time do the restaurants close?
Do all restaurants need reservations?
There's one dedicated buffet restaurant and a two others with buffet appetizers. You can make reservations for restaurants and tours 30 days prior.
Did I hear you say Xel-ha is included in this? I thought that was separate from Xcaret.
Correct. Going to Xel-ha is included for Xcaret guests.
Great video! thanks for sharing is the parks included or extra? thanks
How do you actually get the pictures ?
Thanks for sharing!!!!!
I’d like to go there, but $600 per night is quite expensive for us.
You can pick the parks you want. Its affordable
Do I need to know how to swim for the floating rivers? Like do you automatically float or can u stand and walk?
I'm going in 2 weeks & although I'm excited to try these activities it gives me anxiety!
It's called a life jacket
@@gregpst77 u actually don't wear life jackets on the floating rivers in xenses park. I went twice already
Great video we are thinking of going next month. Is the spa included ?
Omg 😳 everything looks amazing 🤩 this is my next trip for sure 🤩 I wonder if January it’s a good time to go since that is my Birthday month
We are having our honeymoon here! Do you recommend??
I am going here next month with some friends. Super excited. So just to be clear the parks don't cost extra if u stay here? I saw a different video where someone else said this and my friend and I were confused about it cause we thought you had to pay extra for all the parks.
Unless something has changed, and I have not heard of any, park admission is included for hotel guests. I don't believe all of the parks are open right now because of the pandemic, so be sure to get a schedule at the hotel.
Great video
You guys are lucky you have one another. Seems like your best friends. I'm going with God. I have no one to go with. It's something I already decided.
I'll go with you 😆
Yay! Thank you for your amazing review! I am thinking about going with my family and friends! I've never been to a resort though. Do you pay per room or per person when staying on the resort?
It's per person (based on age) per night.
Hi there. We have just booked a trip to this resort for next march. Wondering what are the prices like on the pictures?
Do you know if you go to the Xcaret Park, if drinks/food also included if you already pay for stay at Xcaret Hotel?
It's included. Except for one restaurant.
Amazing place.
I was there 10 years ago for a wedding!
Did you have to make reservations for the restaurants that were included or could you just walk in?
We did make reservations for Las Cuevas.
Looks really beautiful. Do you have any recommendations for places in Los Cabos
Yes. Email kari@stellartravel.com so she can give you a better answer than we could do here.
Nice video! Is the food and drinks included? Which website did you guys use to book this trip? I’m planning to go later on this year.
Everything is included except the Michelin star restaurant.
I heard this place tricks you into an free breakfast to orientate you on all their activities. This is really a cover to try to sell you a timeshare using high pressure tactics.
Did you have to make an appointment for the spa?
Yes. Based on availability. It was $30 or $35 to use the thelossatherapy areas. Treatment prices vary.
Did yall experience any hidden costs? Are alcholic beverages included? What about tipping
Everything is included except the Michelin star restaurant. Tipping isn't required but it is accepted. We always budget for gratuities.
Looks beautiful, on previous videos I seen a lot of Wildlife did you experience that
Not our experience, no. It may have been because of construction, maybe the weather or perhaps it was just timing.
Is the spa included as well? Or do you pay separate for the spa? Also do you need to carry money to tip or is it included as well?
Looking to book our stay soon.
Thanks for sharing.
The spa isn't included.
What is the best month to visit?
Do you have to reserve to eat at las cuevas?
Yes.
Question: are there shops on the property in case you forget things like sunscreen? Or are there places to shop nearby?
Yes. There are stores on property.
What other resorts in Riveria Mya would you recommend?
A really Paradise
Great Video! Thx. Is there somewhere you can dance at night?
There is a nightclub.
