Thanks for this video. I live in Miami and we have a ton of Hawaiian shirts everywhere but it's so hard to know which ones are valuable so this is a great start. I have picked up a few Made in Hawaii ones that are definitely from the 50's or 60's that have a material that feels like a curtain they are so thick so I wasn't sure how to describe that material. Now I know thanks to you. I'm glad to see that my instincts were right and they are probably valuable. They are sitting in my death pile so it's time to get them up and listed for summer. Thanks.

Thanks for explaining into such detail all about Hawaiian shirts! In Connecticut, I don't run into them much. I did buy a couple last year...not great names as you have shown, but still nice looking and vintage. So now I have inserted the keywords you mentioned in hopes that they will find a new home. I will keep my eye out for the good ones. Great show!

The only Hawaiian shirt I have list is a Kennington LTD Cali. Listed over a year, large good price. I really don't like to sell clothing unless it's mine or I find something vintage.

I truly appreciate this walk through. I only picked up a couple Hawaiian shirts and as I watch this, I am ironing T-shirts for photos. Just bread and butter stuff, but that’s OK. I am always on the lookout and this helps immensely.

Every Robert Graham shirt I have listed sold quickly. All flip cuffs. I NEVER accept offers on anything. A perfect example is the guy that messaged "Ill give you 80.00 right now for these trays!" They hadn't been up for more than two hours. at auction end they went for 269.00, sterling silver. If he was willing to offer 80.00 he also would have been willing to bid 80.00 and can wait. Also have done well with Tommy Bahama in Hawaiin, new with tags, 50.00.

12:47 I just found two of the plaid ones. I got them at Goodwill. I’m seeing that a lot of sellers are selling with the auction. Which way would be most profitable?
I rarely ever use auctions, especially for clothing. But some people still use them...if you decide to do an auction just make sure to start it at a price you're willing to accept. :)
These are not Hawaiian shirts. Nice but not Hawaiian.
