Hey Chris good evening, i’ve been running a dozer now for maybe 4 to 500 hours when I played soft swells I get a very nice consistent grade but when I get into a harder soil we’re actually have to dig I get that roller coaster affect what are some things that can help me out. I’m currently running a caterpillar D6 K2 XL
I would be the landowner you would either hate or love ($$$) I would look at that and say “go another bucket deeper” . Come back the next day and go, “hey, I thought you were going another bucket deeper??” You would turn all red and I really would clue in at this point!!! Haha and then say “let’s go another bucket deeper!” At this point I would definitely be pulling out the check book my wife does NOT know about!!! This would go on until you are as deep as you can safely, possibly, even consider. Then we can agree, “That’ll do!” You will then ask me about the mountain of dirt sitting in the middle of the field,,,,,,,, I will dig out the OTHER cheque book my wife doesn’t know about!!! You will get a huge grin. (I suspect it will be pretty expensive at this point, or I’m stuck with a dirt hill!!). I will then say,,,,,,,, Dirt racing track!!!! And I would finally get my 5 acre dirt track I can rip around in with my current and future toys. But NO MORE!! I only have 2 cheque books my wife doesn’t know about! Until Next year,,,,,, paved go cart track and shop for all the extra toys I want to get!!!! Hey a guy can dream,,,,, no????
